Do you guys gamble?

Echure game sounds fun. I was taught by a friend on how to play the game. Isorta forget a little bit but I have heard so many of those tournaments around Rochester. A friend of mine won 150 dollars one night for winning in first place.
 
The minute I turned 21, I flew out to Reno/Lake Tahoe and immediately lost 2,500 bucks on blackjack.

Needless to say I never gambled again LOL

But on the sad side, I was with a man who was a serious gambling addict and he spent all of my life savings on sports betting in Las Vegas.

Gambling is serious but it is fun for these who do not view that as potential investments.

I enjoy going to Tahoe or Vegas but will NEVER go into an Indian casino. Anyone feel strong about going to Indian casinos?
 
I've gambled before but not for real, but for fun. We have "Vegas Nights" at RIT several times a year. They have various tables and people can gamble fake money. They can trade in money for tickets and tickets are auctioned off for prizes such as Xbox, Gamecube, DVD players, gift certificates, etc...
 
I personally :barf: at any gambling. Seeing casinos is boring me to death. It bores me too much and since I have the symptoms of ADHD, I can't stand being waiting for my friend to play poker for long hours. I can leave if I want to cuz sitting my ass on the seat is making me antsy!! :fu2: at gambling!! :mad2:

Me and my buddies play mexican poker at work when get home from our work area. Nothin big. Only a buck. (wish it was 20 tho i was on the winning spree) :|
 
I gamble. I go maybe once a year to the local casino and play Blackjack. Then, I play powerball almost weekly. I dream of winning powerball.
 
I gamble in only strip poker...I've never lost....any of you females want to try to make me lose my shirt for the first time? :p
 
I do play powerball sometime. I strached the instant tickets. A day before Christmas (8 years ago). I won $500 dollars when I was very provery. My ex husand left me and two boys. I was so thrilled to buy Christmas gifts and food for two boys.

It was the best Christmas gift ever I had. :D
 
I enjoy a flutter here and there in the casinos, but since I know it can become quite addictive, so I avoid going into casinos unless necessary...if I am to go to a casino or pub locally, I make sure I don't gamble with more than $10. Limit myself with only $10 or $20, if all gone, then I walk away.
It's not worth gambling away the money I've worked so hard for! Plus, the money's for bills and to survive on, not to gamble away!
 
I've never actually gambled heh. I'm 18, but still haven't gone to a casino or anything... hehe, I will one day though. I'd like to go in there for the atmosphere and the drinks and maybe try a bit of gambling but I'm not going to let it become a habit, then it'll be very dangerous. But it'd be cool to just go in and walk around!

I'm only 19 and I've gambled before..just not in the US. I recently came back from Aruba (15 miles north of Venezeuela) and the legal age of alcohol and gambling was 18. I won about 50 bucks (didn't play much since I know it can be so addicting LOL)

Nahh...that's being conservative. ;) That's wise to do that -- it allows the money to be used slowly and it's more fun that way. :wave:
