OH DEAR! im rather not chop my own dad! This story makes me sick! What you thoughts this story? OR THUMB DOWNS!
 
I'd rather not be raped by my own dad. It makes me sick that the dad raped his daughter. It sounds likes a story of self-defense, to me.
 
As in Jodi Arias self defense? Good thing the case didn't happen here...for her sake. Beheading is a tad extreme defense. Nothing she couldn't have cracked him on the head with and call the cops?

Not saying getting raped by your father wouldn't cause a person to snap but fortunate for her it didn't happen here. Not sure people would buy the defense, this country being what it is.

Their's is a different culture, with different laws. Adequate law enforcement is a joke. Roadside bandit gangs are common.

In the US, not as many families keep a machete handy. In PNG, it's rare for a family to not have a machete.

We have friends who have been missionaries in PNG for many years. We've learned a lot about that area. There is very little development there. Except for the main port, they probably wouldn't even qualify as a Third World country. In some areas, the tribes are only a twitch past being headhunters.

Most likely, the tribal members don't trust the local law enforcement or courts (and with good reason).

If anything, I find it interesting that they defend a daughter for killing the father. In some cultures, they would be blaming the rape victim and supporting the rapist.
 
One less dirtbag in the world. Too bad she had to go through all that.
 
Not only would I have beheaded the scum bag...would have chopped him into small pieces and fed him to the Buzzards....:wave:
 
When I was nearly raped, a

to subdue him proved fortunate in my case. He had the nerve to press charges of assault and battery on me, I proved from police pictures of fresh bruises and welts my right to self-defense, which they define as only enough counter assault necessary to subdue the perpetrator, anything more will get you a 2nd degree charge. If I killed him, that would be 1st degree, still answerable even in self defense. Well, after I submitted the evidence, my so called date bailed on the case! NOW he has an active warrant for his arrest! But I'm not surprised the girl did what she did, rape is not sex, it's assault!

I don't think they have a tv in there or even electricity. I don't think they know who Jodi Arias is. I don't think they are capable of being as malicious as Jodi Arias.

It's called the use of force ladder. As rape involves real or implied treat of bodily harm or death lethal force is justifiable. Of coarse there is much more to it than that such as as far as the law is concerned there is no longer any danger when the attacker starts to leave and the difference between using lethal force for self defense or to kill for revenge.

All that being said i'm not going to loose sleep over any dead rapist regardless of the circumstances

i dont believe in death penalty but got nothing against natural justice...i am not able to get the link so on what you have said whats the problem...this girl must have life of hell..
