maybe I think he fell down. It was rainy and slippery at that time.

or maybe Trayvon did punch him and it was in defense because as witness testified - Zimmerman threw the first punch.

Neighborhood Watch founder and sheriffs agreed that Zimmerman made an extremely poor choice.
 
I wonder how the prosecutors will prove that GZ killed TM in cold-blood murder. So far they have no evidences to prove it. How will they prove that before he shot him, GZ confronted TM initially and punched him who fought back? As I said before, the state will lose.

FYI, I watched Anderson Cooper interviewing w/ O'Mara last night. O"Mara said that he wants to present alot of witnesses to counter the allegations. So we will wait and see.

Big or small, he still a kid, a minor. Zimmerman should have been the bigger person and left it to the law enforcement.

You are screwed. The witness was asked if she knew that GZ threw the first punch. She said no. In other words, she made it up. Be careful next time.

just prepared. for ie - he knew about Stand Your Ground law... which he claimed that he never heard of. and he used the terms and jargons that police officers typically used.

That witness was REAL reliable. :laugh2: 2 independent witnesses confirmed GZs version. But either way, by FL law it doesn't matter who threw the first punch.

FL law specifies that you cannot put yourself in a harm way and then claim Stand Your Ground.

To this point, he has not made that request. I already provided you with the statute that allows even the AGRESSOR to defend himself if he feels his life is in danger. Listen to the experts, every one of them is asking the same thing....."Did GZ feel his life was in danger?"

That is all that matters at this point.

there was no "slam-dunk" evidence that GZ's life was in danger.

however - if it's what happened as you said... it would be a double-edge sword for him.

Doesn't have to be. The burden is on the prosecution to prove is life WASN'T in danger.

What the Hell are you talking about!! GZ did not wait for the cops , he got out of his truck and started to follow TM on foot , that is when the cops told GZ they did NOT need him to follow TM!

What do you mean save an innocent man ?? Zimmerman is not going to get the death sentence if found guilty . And an innocent kid has lost his life.
TM stood his ground too as he felt threaten by GZ stalking and profiling him.

He took a course on how to answer a lie detector test?

All the answers are "yes" or "no." There is no "how" to say the answers.

again - it's inadmissible and the fact that a former FBI agent and lie detector expert's 25 cents carries with credible weight and experience that this test was poorly administered. that's the real expert.... not some tv armchair experts whom you frequently rooted for.

Lie detector results are never used in any trials; that's standard, regardless of how the tests were administered. They are intended to be an investigative tool, not trial evidence.

:confused: Even if he did know about Stand Your Ground and police jargon, how would that help him pass a polygraph test? They use "yes" and "no" questions.
