Is anyone going to college at this moment??

I am going back to college on monday....with different major that i have requested for and wanted for long time. I will be majoring in special education.... I hope to make the goal to complete and get degree.

I used to go to NTID but I lost the motiative because I lost the interests in my old major of office technology which is like clerks, data entry, that kind of thing. It's not for me anymore but it was a nice experience. :)

Wish me a luck to achieve my goal. :)
 
ONG, Congs on going back to school :dance2: . I will be going back to school in the fall of 2006, what college are u going to? Old Navy College? :nana:

I know there is one in your and Deafscuba's hometown... PM me if I am right or not.. thats ok if you don't want to publicize the name. The local college (if its a community or tech college) in Deafscuba's town is member of MSCSA (Minn State College students Assocation: go to www.mscsa.org for more info), a two years college assocation.... I am South Metro Region Alt. Rep... unfortently that college isn't in my region.

LOL No wonder how he got the Germans and the Japanese mixed up in his history 101 class!

Anyways as for me on college...I'm just a 2-time college dropout and I figured I'd be better off working even though ppl been on my ass a lot about going back to college.
 
:applause: Hey that's great, and congratulations on going back to college. I wish you the best of luck in college. My oldest daughter had graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, Ma. in 2001 and she did well, but now she had gone back to school also at Simmons College in Boston, Ma and is taking up nursing. She is doing so well her second time around, and I wish the same for you too OldNavyGirl. Good luck!!! :hug:

Sometimes I think it's better to work for a while before we go to college. I notice that many people who go to college aren't always ready. I know some very smart people who flunked out of college and then came back with 4.0 grades. Lucky for them, most grad school programs and employers just look at the transcripts and say, "You changed, so let's ignore all the bad grades from before."

Okay, that's an oversimplification, but ... lol
 
Still waiting to go to college. Have fun studying in college. :)

BTW I'm back. Work is still bugging me all those hours... but at least oakley will keep me infos abt AD ;)
 
I'm still in college. I will be finishing my MS in February 2007. :)

/me wishes and could love to go college or university.. but can't! reason debt has to pay off.. stupid student loan from my hubby's! *mumbling*
 
you'll do good.. its a good college from my experience pfft :P

how many of you guys have college that's involved in sports.. which its community college?
 
I am still in college. It's hard to believe that it will be over in two semesters when I will walk away with a BA.

I am still hesitant about pursuing a MA, but I definitely will take a break and work around to find my niche.

It seems that more careers/job opportunites requires MA instead of just a BA. Soon our children will need two Ph.D to have a job! :shock:
