Yes, Thomas is so happy now, when the adoption had been postponed 2 times because the paperwork wasn't finished, be was getting worried that it wouldn't happen, and now he is so much more calmer!!! :ily: You have been such a motivating person to me DeafMonkey, and yes, spending time with Thomas now, has really been great!!! My daughters love him to death, especially my older one. They are very close and she spends time with him when she can, and takes him on weekends with her. She really enjoys his company, and Thomas loves her too. Thank you so much for being so wonderful and caring DeafMonkey!!!! :ily:

:ily: Yeah two times and it was quite upsetting. But, you're right, he is a lot calmer now that he is a permanent part of our family!!!!

It was getting so hard because I was so afraid it wasn't going to happen. Now, that is has, it feels so strange to finally have a beautiful little boy. Now, I just have to remember to keep calling him Thomas!!! :giggle:

I'm curious if you don't mind my asking... Is it hard now that his name has been changed? Do you still call him Tiger at times by mistake? Thomas have a hard time telling his friends his name is Thomas now?

:) It's funny, yes, I do slip a lot and still call him Tiger. It's so hard to get used to calling him Thomas after calling him "Tiger" for the last 6 years. I am getting better at it each day!!! :ily:

:hug: :hug: lol I know what you mean ^Angel^, I have slipped so many times since Monday, that if I put a quarter in a jar for all the times I have slipped, Thomas would be a millionaire by now. :lol:

When we petitioned to have Tiger adopted, we asked him if he would like to change his name or keep the same one, and to my surprise, he said "he would like to change his name". I asked Tiger what he wanted to change his name to and he said Thomas, after my oldest daughter Jacque's boyfriend, and his name is Tom, and reason being, because Tiger feels Tom is his brother. So, Thomas it is!!! The Jackson for the middle name is after my oldest daughter Jacque, and reason for the she and her boyfriend will be Thomas' Godparent's as Thomas has not yet been baptized.

And I'm wondering what Thomas going to do with all that money that is put in the jar?.....A brand new car? :lol:
