Questions to Ponder?

Question 1:

If you knew a woman who was pregnant with her 3rd child, and the following has happened or will happen:
  • 1st child died 6 days after birth
  • 2nd child died a few days after birth
  • 4th child will die from tuberculosis
  • 5th child will die of old age
  • 6th child will die 4 days after birth
  • 7th child will die at the age of 2
  • 8th child will die at the age of 1

Should she get an abortion on her 3rd child? Why?

It is time to elect a new world leader, and only your vote counts. Here are the facts about the three candidates.
  • Candidate A
    • Associates with crooked politicians, and consults with astrologists. He's had two mistresses. He also chain smokes and drinks 8 to 10 martinis a day.
  • Candidate B
    • He was kicked out of office twice, sleeps until noon, used opium in college and drinks a quart of whiskey every evening.
  • Candidate C
    • He is a decorated war hero. He's a vegetarian, doesn't smoke, drinks an occasional beer and never cheated on his wife.

I've rephrased the questions to it's more realistic and clear. Don't forget, there are TWO question. Be sure to answer both. :thumb:
 
I would choose candidate C. Why? If he is a veggie- he would advocate for animal rights.. if he doesn't smoke-- he will advocate for ban on smoking and health of the world will increase... and he is faithful to his wife-- no need for the congress to impeach him and that will save the taxpayers' money (ah, the days of Clinton!) and he is a veteran-- he probably know the horrible side of wars so he probably will be a pacifist and attempt to talk it out rather than declare a war.

(no comment on the abortion question)
 
Question One.. Yes, I do believe She would Need an Abortion It sounds like a Health Issue Conflict.


Question Two.. I would Pick Candidate C, Because, He has best qualifications. ;)

Question One: No, because it would be depending on if the baby will live even though she may have health problems....We could never know really! If the baby does die than it happens for a reason...

Question Two: I would choose ' C ' because, Gnarlydorkette already explain everything I was about to say!.. :mrgreen:
 
Question One: How in the world would she know about the health problems of the 4th, 5th, 6th and so on child? Should give the 3rd child a chance. It never says that the child would die.

Question Two: Like Gnarlydorkette, I would also pick candidate C -- for the same reasons she said, and also I like a trustworthy leader.

1) The question is really up to her besides it isn't my place to say.

2) Candidate A (reminds me of Bill Clinton and he did so well despite of his personal life.)

Candidate A is Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Candidate B is Winston Churchill.
Candidate C is Adolph Hitler.
And, by the way, on your answer to the abortion question:

i thought adolf hilter was never married till the end of his life.. a day after he's married he killed himself..

Hitler married his wife Eva in a private ceremony, and the next day they killed themselves. :)

So you're right, but why contradict urself? You said you thought he was never married, but then u say "a day after he's married he killed himself" cause you're right!! :)
