So you would be OK with a 10 yo boy 'playing doctor' with your 9 yo daughter in back of a school bus??? If that happen to my child I would want to know what the HELL was the bus driver doing while my child was getting raped. You're jumping to conclusions, about me, and about what they were doing. Did I say it would be okay? Just because he told you to look away doesn't mean that the girl wasn't cooperating. So the the first thing would be is to find out of if she was letting him. Then they'd both be dealt with. If he was forcing the situation then he would be, but you'd need to use some measure of reason here. He's a 10 year old prepuscebt little boy that needs to learn the boundaries. Not registering him as a sex offender, or juvie or whatever punishment you got going on in your head for him.

I always taught my kids that their bodies were sacred and their privates were personal....and if anyone touched them there, to tell me right away.

And a 10 year old boy "fingering" a 9 yr. old girl in the back of a school bus?....Something isn't right there!...I would be livid if it were my daughter...and yes, I would do everything I could to prosecute....However, a 10 year old boy can't be prosecuted...but that kid needs therapy...big time!...So does the 9 yr. old girl. Most likely, these kids were molested...or saw someone having sex...even watching porno.

That made me wonder so hard if my good friend whose was a victim of child sex abuse by other child, had a help with child psychologist and therapy, it would be likely chance for him to break the vicious cycle of child sex abuse which ended him up being a registered sex offender at age of 16.

Yeah, it is. I had to make sure that he hasn't done anything to boys under 18 and he hasn't since, he is 29 now. He is down low gay, oh well because of child sex abuse that ruined his innocence. Trying to be straight and interested in a woman becomes almost impossible for him.

Beside we were curious about each other. That was one time only during my childhood. But that was a long time ago and amazing that no one noticed or someone like a parent complain of what we had done. It was all innocent. The bus driver might not see what they were doing as he was paying full attention on his driving. Whenever the driver checked on his rear view mirror in the bus but he probably did not catched what they were doing way back in the school bus. It was not the driver's fault if he did not see what they were doing back then. Just let it go. What done is already done back in 1988.

9 and 10 years old from my school bus. Other friend, she was 9 years old with 50s years old man. Yes, she was lured by him in an alley behind the apartment, I cannot tell you where city. If consensual, and both are similar age under 10, I am OK with it. The bus thing with the boy fingering the girl is not curious exploration of bodies; he is likely mimicking something he saw elsewhere. That is criminal. I would not allow my son to do such a thing, without him receiving serious consequences.

i have read of case of ten year old raping a girl he was put on offenders list but i also know of case where under age have raped 40yr old woman..
There case in Washington a 12yr old had sex with teacher she had two children by him she went to prison and on the sex offenders list i believe she came out of prison to live with him..Then you got little girls in forced marriage to old men but we told it cultural i think it evil.

On the way to home, I was sitting in the first front row of the seats near the bus driver and the other couple of students were sitting all the way in the back. I saw the unusual behaviors in both of them.

you admit to bieng an 8 year old child. you admit to sitting in the front row seat close to the driver. how could you see any behievour of the 2 children at the back of the bus?

He was 10 and she was 9, he puts his hand inside the girl's pant,.
