i was going to tell u guys that i would be gone for the weekend with my gf, well plans have changed.

yes im going to be gone for the weekend, but my aunt patty asked me to go with her to Pennsylvania. she has to go visit a sick friend, and after that she was going to go to some like haunted grave yards and stuff (she loves that stuff) and she wanted me to come with her. because we like to go to haunted places together, and watch ghost stories and stuff, thats like our thing. but i was supposed to go to a condo with my gf. so i talked to my gf and she said that i should go with my aunt patty, and that her and i will have other times to go to the condo. so she's going to be hanging out with her best friend.

so im leaving like around 4 am saturday, wont be back until monday.

but the biggest problem is....we have to fly, and i hate flying. im terrified of it. i wish we could ride in a

but....with gas prices so damn high we have to

so while im writing a list of what i need, im trying to calm myself down. i have to remember my book of prayers, ill find one to say before i go on the plane. i want to take my guitar on the plane, but they wont let me take it to my seat because they are afraid i might use it as a weapon, like cut the strings off and choke someone. which sucks. i cant put it down below with the luggage because it might get lost or banged up, even in a hard case.

wish me luck, think of me. and have fun. i cant wait to hear about all the drama that went down while im gone.
 
hope you have a great weekend. Sound fun... Myself do have fear going on flight. Never gone there. Wish u the best going on it. Hope to keep ur mind out when ur in it. Pray for ya!
 
AJ, I don't like to fly, either. Best cure for that, man is to sit in the pilot's lap! ;)
 
I never flew on an airplane and I dont even want to due to my fears of height lol

but yeah I've been to Penn a couple times and it's really cool there...espeically pretty fun during the winter when there's so much snow as well. :D

:angel: Have a great time buddy with your Aunt Patty, and I hope visiting all the haunted gravesites will be ghoulish for both of you. I will pray that you have a safe flight. It's awful nice of your girlfriend to be so understanding, and let you go with your Aunt. Great girl you have there.

Since everyone is taking a vacation for the weekend, and I'm feeling left out, you can now consider me on vacation effective tomorrow morning. I plan on travelling to work, spending the weekend there, and then coming back. I'll be sure to take pictures, and I'll send some postcards. I hope you all will still be here when I get back. AJ, last year I took an honors level undergrad course in statistical analysis which involved three mandatory semester projects. For my first project I analyzed airline fatality patterns dating back to 1950. My analysis clearly demonstrated that you’re 620 times more likely to be murdered than to be killed in a plane crash. So stop fretting about flying the friendly skies, and just remember to keep your guns loaded and good operating condition when you’re on terra firma.
 
AJ paged me that he will give me more details when he gets home. Chimpie, I agree that it is much safer to fly. A lot more ppl gets murdered, gets in car accidents, etc than get killed from plane crash.
