Cruz, the biker who stopped in the front of the SUV for no reason was arrested.

The biker who was struck by the SUV, 28-year-old Christopher Cruz, was later arrested and faces charges that include reckless endangerment, reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a child, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said Tuesday.

It's amazing how ego got the best of bikers who put their videos on YouTube which ultimately incriminated them later on.
 
My feelings are these bikers were a bunch of heartless hoodlums who think nothing of beating up a father in front of his wife and children.....I can imagine the terror the wife and children were experiencing and nothing they could do about it,

The Bikers are nothing but cowards...and as a gang of them, felt they could break any Law and get by with it, even terrorizing people.

If the man in the SUV had a gun...no telling how many people might be dead....and I would not blame the man at all, protecting his family and himself.

Kelly said cops were using the video and surveillance cameras try to identify some of the bikers, but most of the motorcycles didn’t have license plates and riders’ faces were obscured by their helmets.

No license plates? You know that they were up to no good.
 
No license plates?...These bikes surely were not "Scooters" were they?...:giggle:...How in the hell did they get by with this?

If I were the arresting officer(s), I would arrest all of them and charge with them assault and battery and throw their arses in the jail, big time....

Transfer them to Arizona and toughest sheriff, Joe Arpaio (your favorite person) will take care of them in extremely brutal and miserable treatment.
 
If you were you who drove over the motorcycle will you stay there and wait for cop to show up or escape from the motocycle gangs?
