I am ALL DONE with Christmas shopping!!!!! So apparently is "Santa" (aka my mom) I got everyone in my family presents...including BOTH sets of grandparents and my new cousin. I got my dad a giant nutcracker, got my sister some nice pillows (at Clair's believe it or not...they do have a lot of stupid tReNdY teenyboppery things but their redline bin has some GOOD bargins)
got my brother a Pez Dispenser tin sign, a giant Kermit the Frog Pez Dispenser, and a couple of cool Pez Dispensers, that I got at FAO Schwartz's in Boston. Got my mom a parody of Martha Stewart's autobiography and these cute skiing reindeer earrings. I got my friend Kathryn a Cookie Monster shirt, a pair of pig socks, a fuzzy poster and some stocking stuffery things from the Dollar Store. I got my other really good friends some stocking stuffery things from the Dollar Store...I LOVE dollar stores...you can get really cool things there for wicked cheap!
 
I am done with my xmas shopping!! Whew. The gifts are for my family members, best friend, and someone else. Anyway, I am still bidding on items at Ebay website.. sheesh. Few more items.. then I am done with ebay biddings!!

i am done shopping 9 presents for my BF :applause: my parent buy a tickets for me and my sister go to HAWAII next month ( late christmas present ) woo hoo !!!! cant wait !!
 
I only spent the last few days, frantically shopping for chrissie pressies -- got the last one today, phew! :lol: Finally got em all OUT of the way!! :laugh2: Hubby and I decided to wait on our own pressies until AFTER Christmas for the post christmas sales!! ;)
 
Damn i have three more......i had PERFECT presents I was gonna get but when I went back to buy it, it was gone and i tried to find the same and similar thing but much to my luck nope.........I am gonna wait till after christmas cuz there will be a big sale and i am hoping someone will return the items I am planning to buy......I bought present for everyone else way before thanksgiving.
 
@ PDP: Glad you made it safe to Utah despite the snow. Have fun with Deaf258. Enjoy Utah.

@ Alldeaf: Like I said before, moving to a new apartment really can restrict your Christmas shopping. So, I'm not giving anyone anything this year. But of course, I will make it up through out the year 2004. :P
 
Today I have done the last of my food shopping!! Thank God!! Now I can rest and enjoy the holidays with my fiance! :D

Me done now!! I spent $600 something dollars on my kids. :shock: Plus stuff for my family... I'm gonna be broke in Jan!! But who cares as long as everybody's happy!! :D
 
I still haven't done my Christmas shopping yet! Eek! I'm too tired and I still don't know what anyone wants for Christmas! Ugh!

:smash: He's not the only one. Myself, is also a big procrasinator, too!!!

Shopping and parking are massively crazy!!! Not easy to handle with my phobia (fear of very crowd and not enuff space too long).

Anyone join the club "The BIG procrasinator"????? Wish us good luck for last day of shopping on Dec 24th!!
 
It's not that I'm putting it off. It's because I don't really know what my family wants for Christmas. I don't even know what I want myself. I've been to busy with other things that I don't care much for new things. I get up every morning for class and then head back to my room. What's the point of having new nice clothes? I don't have time for games. What's the point of asking for a bunch of new games? I don't even own a television. That's why I don't know what I want to get. Ugh!

Have you considered going to stores that are open 24 hours long, and going in the wee hours of morning to avoid the crowds? Of course, it can be cold and a drag with all the boxes around, but you won't have to deal with rude customers! ;)

That's a good idea... however, those 24-hour stores are usually cheap and it's hard to find something. I was just at a couple of 24-hour stores last night. I walked through the whole store for over 2 hours and still couldn't find anything! Argh! I guess I should have asked for a wish list from my family! Heh!
