I have been in there and I had to use my hot coco can to put my webcam on it. It works!!!

Yes it do have clip, but it is just the flat screen monitor make the webcam having hard time to stay on.

I got a cheap-ass digital camera (2" w x 1.5" h) that also functioned as a web cam. Since it wasn't originally intended for use as a web cam, there was no setup equipment for it. So, I used an old clamp that I had laying around. It allowed me to adjust the angle of my camera.
