Another Police Brutality

I guess the cop had temper tantrum, yes they can continue to the adult age. It's still not proper for cops to lose temper over a victim trying to defend themselves.

It's first time I've heard of police brutality in Iowa, I'm sure it has happened before.
 
Sadly those cops were within the law,In uk cop is allowed to use certain force to get person to floor and it interperation as to what is deemed as force you got have cop on upper body another keeping legs still,,,these rules apply to most countries in so called civil world
Baby in between that dreadful.These cops should be fired lose all pensions and sued,but it wont happen
 
Victim? I thought the woman was the confessed thief?

Thankfully, the other woman whisked the baby out of the room.
 
she is but did not deserve that.i remember cops doing this to woman in uk,all caught on cctv ,only because it caught on cctv it went public.He did samething had four days suspension and back on the beat now.
She may have done bad but that baby was innocent
 
This is the United States Not United Kingdom. There is law protect the suspect from police brutality. If UK allows that, that's sad for sure! Hence that's why United States finally divorced from UK in September 1783.

Correct...and I noticed she shouted something to the Cop...(dunno what it was)...but do feel she was being disrespectful....She's a thief, and more than likely an arrogant one at that.

Cooperation and admitting you did the crime and go peacefully to jail is the only way to avoid things like this....

That's right. What kind of mother exposes her child to such things? She used the baby to hide the stolen goods.

I've seen other videos where moms caught shoplifting made a run for escape and left their babies behind at the store! :shock:

True that....even hiding drugs into their babies diapers....Even parents having their children to do the shop lifting and waiting for them outside the store...

There is absolutely no reason to shop lift when there are thrift stores, even Churches that will give away free clothing....

And I don't blame the Cop for punching her...if someone bit me, I'd punch them too...never know what diseases you can get from a bite....
 
One possible cause. "Poverty" if that woman is out of money and cant get help taking care of baby, usually shoplifting as intended to get caught so that CPS have to take care of their kids, and at same time free jail room rental and board. Its just my theory and its how I see it. In this case if my theory is correct, it is actually costing us even more in the long run.

Are you crazy? He wore the gloves and his fingernail had a small bruise (no bleeding). Are you saying that she deserved at least 5 punches that caused her eye swollen very very bad? Compare her swollen eye with the officer's bruised fingernail.

Police Chief Frank Donchez says an internal investigation found that the officers violated policy and were disciplined, but he says the action did not rise to anyone losing their job.

It's my bet that this Lady was using fowl language at the Cop and resisting arrest....the Cop may or may not have went overboard in trying to control her and get the cuffs on...I wasn't there ......and punch them again if they were calling me names.... But I will say that if someone bit me and was combative, damn right I'd punch them...all she had to do was cooperate and go to jail peacefully...seems she did not.

From the description of her thievery, it doesn't sound like kleptomania. It sounds like stealing for material gain.
