Another Police Brutality

I was a student resident at college. Student who wasn't cooperating with me. I kept myself cool because I know who I am as a R.A., not FF. I dislike how student said something bad stuff to me. I don't hit students. So cops need to know better. All cop can do is to put cuff on her without hitting her face.
 
Russia cops does not care if you're deaf or not. They do beat them up who's breaking law.

The lady bit his finger and was yelling fowl language at him...and resisting arrest....she was fighting not to be cuffed...so what was the Cop to do?...Give her a kiss and a hug?...Maybe telling the Lady not to worry and just go on home?....

I do realize there are some who abuse people (Cops)...but in this case it's pretty evident she was combative.

It's common sense....the lady bit the officer and more than likely was trying to bite him again and again, resisting efforts to cuff her...Took 2 Cops to hold her down for a simple cuffing....Would you feel better if the Cop just shot her or tased her?...She assaulted the Cop first....

The cops can do is to put her down on the floor and put the cuff without HITTING HER FACE FOR SEVERAL TIMES. It does not make sense why cops have to hit in the faces for several times, if it were one hit that could be all of a sudden to get an urge. Thats understandable hitting her face really hard for a several times. WHAT THE HECK!

Right.. I have been around a lot of authorized officers almost everyday, I even chatted with them and i always asked silly questions. They told me that they are not SUPPOSED to hit them more than one time if they hurt cops such as bitting, kick lightly or curses. BUT Weapon brings up then cops can shoot whatever they have to protect themselve. If any people who have NO weapons but just biting or kicking. Somtimes they have no control but they do hit hard then push them down but hit in the face many times. What the heck! one of authorized officer admitted to me that some of the cops or us marshall or fbi or special agents are very aggressively that should not be authorized officers in the first place.
 
I watched the extended video of the altercation......she was still fighting and trying to bite the officer whenever he was trying to cuff her....over and over....even when they finally got the cuffs on her...she still tries to bite and the Cops had to be careful...

What was the Cop to do?...Perhaps they should have tased her to calm her down and stop the biting....then duct-tape her mouth......She didn't want to go to jail and very clearly that was an assault on the Officer.

Very sad case and extremely bad behavior on that Lady...and to think she would act that way in front of her baby....

Again, all she had to do was let the Cops do their job and go to jail peacefully...She did commit a crime.

Wrong!

The officers were disciplined (possibly suspended) because the IA found that they didn't obey the rules. In other words, the cop was not supposed to punch her in the face which is called excessive force. End of discussion! :wave:
 
:lol: crazypaul most cops at cop station, dont give a crap about it. damn. If I were her, I would shut my mouth and accept it or i ll end up getting punched in the eyes. some cops DO have mental issues. :shock:

A mayor gives a crap because a city is commonly sued for excessive force or wrongful death. What will happen to any officers who don't give a crap afterwards? Termination, demotion or arrest due to their mental issues (including poor anger management).
