Technically a severance package IS a settlement.....but not necessarily the type settlement you are looking for.

ummm .... actually, no, he hasn't avoided it. He said it was up to the National Restaurant Association.

Even the alleged victim has been claiming it has been up to the National Restaurant Association (through her attorney of course).

The only person claiming Cain is holding this over the alleged victim's head .... has been .... well .... um ... you.

Yes, I am refusing to answer any more victimize the victims posts. I just find it one of the most disgusting tactics that anyone can use. It is bad enough when a defense attorney uses it in court, but for someone who has nothing to gain to resort to it....I am beyond words. Or at least words that would not get me an immediate ban.
