12 and 13 years old became youngest parents.

Kids should not be having kids at this age, this is way to young! at least they kept their child alive unlike this one story of a 14 year old girl giving birth on the toliet and killing the baby stuffing him in a shoebox and hid it in her closet, she kept the pregnancy a secret for Nine months!
 
Yeah, obviously puberty started early for kids and they were able to conceive.
 
Am I the only one that wasn't even thinking about sex until I was like... Oh I don't know... 17 or so??? Good grief! :squint: Just to smash the puberty thing too, I started my "aunt flo" when I was younger than 13... so that's out the window! :squint:
 
Didn't think about sex until I was 17 too. I knew about it and was curious about it at 12 years old. When I was 13, I went to a friend's party and started making out with this guy. He wanted to go all the way and I was like "NO, I am not ready for THAT! Eeeew!"

Looking back and looking at these parents, I was happy that I didn't start that early.
 
yeah I know I think parents never have ability to tell kids WAIT til they are 18 to start having kids u know? I noticed kids start dating real too way young.. than back in 1950's ;)
 
Precocious puberty is not uncommon at all. They even make medication for it. What's sad on that list of youngest birth mothers is that so many of them were raped.
 
Wow. At 12 I was just busy being a Girl Scout and camping. So not ready for kids at that age.

There was a boy that my granddaughter's swim class and the boy was only about 7 yo and he had hair on his back and arms and had muscles in his arms that very developed for a kid his age. The boy kept acting out and had to removed from the swimming pool for being a 'bad' boy. The swim instructor said the kid was always acting up. I wanted to tell the boy's mother that her son should seen by a doctor b/c he reaching puberty way too young and that is causing him to act out a lot. I really felt bad for the boy , he was like a raging bull and could not help it.
 
Sounds like early pregnancies run in the girls family, her mother was only 14 when the girl that had the baby was born and is now a grandma at age 27. I hope both of these kids parents are going to help with the baby and maybe finally learn from this experience so their other kids don't go down the same road.

sadly schools im my area have nurseries for the young girls deposit baby with then go to lessons..so sad see such young children having children
