I have some problem with other vehicles, most are using cell phone. I almost got in car accident when one woman who ran off from red light (that means STOP) and busted her that she's using cell phone, that scared me. When I drive on road (only 2 lanes road, one on forward, one on backward) and one car was so slow, running around 15 mph on 40-50 mph area then I got upset and passed them then busted one man that who enjoy to talk with someone on cell phone and fuck him off.

Do you have problem with drivers who use cell phone when drive on road?

For my idea. I want law to pass, if anyone use cell phone and pull them down then consficate their cell phone (can't give back to them), give an fines and can be force on them to pay termination fee for lose cell phone. I will like this law and make scared all drivers off.
 
I say hell yes...

I find it annoying when Im in my sister's truck and she's driving because she'll whip out her cell phone and I'd be watching the truck slowly veer to the right and then a sharp turn to the left... :rme:
 
i vote oh hell yes

because cell phones are accident to happened when drivers don't pay attention to the road

my dad almost got in accident with someone with cell phone on the ear while driving GRR
 
It seems like they are usually going way too slow or wandering all over the lane. So you spend your time trying to dodge them.
 
That includes deaf people! They are always on their Sidekicks or Blackberries. :roll:

Talking on a cell phone while driving.

Yes, it should be illegal because it's a distraction. A better solution would be a headphone or a speaker phone hooked up to a cell phone in the car.

I've even seen cyclists talking on cell phones.

Thank god NYC passed on banned cell phone while driving. I got in accident by a lady on a cell phone in a rented SUV from NYC, why didn't she learned her lesson?

I do admit using sidekick while driving but if rush hour then sorry it's driving only. My ma once caught me driving 3 years ago with my head down focusing on sidekick while driving (for like few seconds) but you never know what can happens within an hour... Minutes... Or even seconds... otherwise I do use sometime but I think it's best for cops to give warning for 1st offense then fine for 2nd offense. So it's best for drivers to pull over to use cell phone. I wish insurance will go up higher if people use cell phone in cars...

It's not full openly for deaf people to use SK, BB or other QWERTY cell phones, also it's very hard to drive on road when use QWERTY cell phones due lacking of attention.

I'm only mention about regular cell phone with voice, that what most hearing people are using, even more majority than using SK or QWERTY cell phones, also my thread isn't included with QWERTY cell phones or non-voice stuff then sorry about cannot request on your post, it's only for cell phone with voice, that what hearing people are using it when drive on road.

I'm hardly (rare) to use SK3 when drive on road.
 
I voted yes as well; doesn't the State of New York currently have a such a ban in place now? I think they do....
 
well, it make no different. It's common when someone is ride with you and always talk and havoc the driver's focus on road.

I have seen deaf sign to someone while driver, that's much insane as it give me heart attack. It goes same to pager/mobile.

In Minnesota law already vote passed for fine ticket who person drive while talk on cellphone or other device. Law will start effect this late summer August 1st. I have been several see people was on cellphone and start drive swerve on the road. I don't know other states already take effect or start processing vote make into law.
 
i VOTED HELL YES... ALSO TO VAMPY....I NEARLY GOT HIT BY CAR BECAUWE I WAS USING PAGER NOT LOOKING FOR CARS.. I QUIT USING PAGERS..
 
I'm all for a ban! Seen too many people drive like idiots while using them. But then again, I seen other things that people do while driving that defies belief. Things like reading, shaving, plucking eyebrows, watch TV, put on makeup, and the list goes on. It is a real wonder we don't have more accidents than we do have.

OH YES!!!

last weekend we saw a man reading his newspaper while driving on the L.I.E!!! :-o

so we steered clear of him just in case!!!

i know a few who have totalled their cars due to being on their damn cell phone... and a friend of ours was in a near fatal automobile accident because she was distracted and using her SK!!! :crazy:

i refuse to read or answer my cell unless i am at a stop light, i am pulled over or someone else is driving!!!

so i hope people get their asses PUNISHED BY GETTING A BIG FINE for using their cells and SKs!!! :fingersx:
 
I vote HELL YEAH! One woman was driving on the red bridge in downtown Portland and she was talking on the cell phone. Thus her car fell off of the bridge in the river.

Cell phones should be banned while use and driving.
