That I probably picked up the bug my boss has. Ugh! Either that or from tick bites of which I've had a few of this week. Not feeling so hot tonight.

Oh, Alley Cat, hope it isn't due to a tick bite, they can cause some nasty diseases. Feel better!

I learned how to do basket weaving with yarn, cord, and tapestry needle. I'm trying to decide how big I want my basket to be. Or I might just start it and just keep going til I run out of cord. View attachment 22200

I hope you'll post your basket when it's done . This would made great gifts for any occasion .

Hey Caz, our flight is from California to Washington DC. From West Coast to East Coast, about 3000 miles.

I learned that there is 4 local earthquakes happened within 30 mins of each other with the strongest at 4.0 on the scale.

I asked my daughter, in the San Jose area, if she's saving one for me as there have been some north and south of her lately. She said she hopes not. I said, just a small one.

Probably too far to notice it. It's centered about 50 miles north of San Jose.

They haven't felt any since they moved there just over a year ago. But with all these "small" rumblings north and south of them, I figure there's a chance one will occur while I'm there (flying out there next Saturday).

There was moderate one near Alum Rock (outside San Jose) several years ago which was felt throughout the bay area. Hopefully there won't be a shake when you are here. :)

I think she actually wants to get to experience a small one for herself!

Ok, well I hope she get to experience a small one.... hopefully not a big one as a first experience.

Michigan had a few small earthquakes last week. I don't really worry about them anymore.

LoveBlue, I hope you have a wonderful trip. Beautiful time to travel to the Bay Area.
