That is not true at all.
ah so you're saying Trayvon attacked him?

No. Although that is a very likely possibility. I'm saying your statement which says "which means" is untrue.
the only way my statement can be untrue is if there is a proof to dispute my claim. since you don't know and I don't know... neither of us is wrong.
No. "Which means" is a conclusive statement. Only a potential explanation need exist to make the statement untrue.
I think you are confused.
It was a hypothetical scenario - if Zimmerman pursued him.... that would means he willfully put himself in danger therefore he has no justifiable use of deadly force. this is clearly spelled out in Florida self-defense law.
for that to happen.. Zimmerman would have to be pursuing him which means he willfully put himself in danger..... which is illegal.
Not what you said...
Not gonna quibble. Your original statement was clearly incorrect. Moving on.
right. you misunderstood. moving on.
We can leave that for other posters to decide. I think most here understand what "which means" means.
pur·sue [per-soo] Show IPA verb, pur·sued, pur·su·ing.
verb (used with object)
1.
to follow in order to overtake, capture, kill, etc.; chase.
2.
to follow close upon; go with; attend: Bad luck pursued him.
3.
to strive to gain; seek to attain or accomplish (an end, object, purpose, etc.).
4.
to proceed in accordance with (a method, plan, etc.).
5.
to carry on or continue (a course of action, a train of thought, an inquiry, studies, etc.).
BTW, words kinda matter....
Absolutely no evidence has been released at this time to say Zimmerman was "pursuing" Trayvon rather than "observing" Trayvon.
and you've got an evidence that absolutely says Zimmerman was only "observing"?

GZ explained to police that when TM was on top of him beating him up (banging his head repeatedly) on the ground, TM saw his gun exposed and tried to grab it but they wrestled it and GZ shot him in self-defense. Then TM said "Okay, you got me" before he fell off. In other words, if TM got the gun, it's possible that he would shoot GZ instead. You do bring up an interesting point. Suppose Zimmerman did show Martin his gun before Martin attacked him. Perhaps that would have been enough to scare off Martin, and he would have just run off? That would have been the end of that, and no shooting would have occurred. Martin attacked Zimmerman only because he thought he could overpower him.![]()

No. That is the point.... People are speculating.![]()
If he is innocent, and killed in self defense, then that's not called murder. So far I read so many stories, and I still think GZ is innocent, but he did murder TM as in self defense.
I read news about what happened before he got arrested.Where you heard? I saw between you and Jiro are very differently.![]()
