Fact: 5 women have accused Cain of sexual harrassment in the last 14 years. Two of them have formal documentation of both the charges and the settlement details. One of them has made a public statement releasing details. He has lied about even knowing the women, and then claimed "vague memories". He finally had to admit to knowing that the complaints were filed and settlements were paid. Still claimed not to know Bialek. Evidence of him seen talking to her at a Tea Pary event less than 2 months ago.

Address that.

No "mission to deflect" You made inaccurate claims and then denied you made them

All of those things look bad although the bold he kind of explained away. I was not real impressed with his presser and some of the people claiming to have seen them together at TeaCon are my friends. So, as I agreed with SWK earlier....things don't look good for Cain. Time will tell

No, I'm not. I am assuming they are telling the truth because the first two went so far as to leave a paper trail. Too bad for Cain that someone found that paper trail. I am assuming they are telling the truth because to think that all 5 of these women got together to conspire against the pizza man and he is the only one telling the truth is delusional. To assume that he would tell the truth about the allegations after he has already been caught lying about even knowing about the allegations is just plain stupid.

Right after he lead in the primaries ... how convenient.

And no, he did not lie about the allegations. He gave interviews all day about how he knew of one allegation while he was president of the National Restaurant Association, how there had been an investigation and how the allegations had been found to be baseless.

To clarify my friends say they saw him hug and have a brief conversation with someone that "looked" like her. They didn't know the woman. Then again, if it is her it would be possible to forget in that situation.... There were a few thousand people there. There were a little over 600 at my wedding, I would hate to have to verify who I did and didn't hug there.

So, I will stick with :dunno: But things do look bad for Cain.

What is a "fact of proof"? And what does it have to do with your previous post. You are completely disconnected here.

If you are talking about the first two women to file complaints, they were paid off. Its a fact. Deal with it.
