A Thread About Absolutely Nothing! Part II

My side of the family has never really had a family reunion ever. We did have my 2 brothers and I and our spouses and kids all get together at the oldest brother's house with my mother, but that's it for my family.

Father-in-law's family never had one either. There's not many there. Now, MIL's family was having get-togethers twice a year until her mother died. Now, they meet once a year in May and we have something like 200 people there each year. Helps that MIL's father was one of 15 children or something like that.
i think there is possibly bout 15 or more siblings or 10 or more. i dont know that why i feel there need family reunion on my father's side.

found great deals at the Aeropostate Finch outlet store for my daughter's back to school clothing.

Ouchie.

I like to take baths too. I have had to resort to leaving the door closed now so one of my cats, Abby, doesn't get in. She has a slight case of CH so she's very uncoordinated. And she wants to walk on the edge of the tub and I have to "fight" her off  otherwise I know what happens next !!!

My little sister used to have to kick her cat out of the bathtub cuz she liked to bath in it along with my little sister.

I think so might to figure out throat pain! pretty not enough wet on humid

Awesome cat! :)

My cat loves to drink out of the shower, but not to bathe. He insists on drinking out of the shower every day now.

I used to have a cat that insisted that I turn on the faucet for him... but not too much! just enough that it's dripping so he can play attack the water droplets. Then once he is done he just lays in the wet sink with the water dripping on him... he was always a weird cat. :giggle:

This heat in my house and Sammy decides to come sleep on my feet while I am sitting here at the computer. I have moved him 3 times, but back he comes. Tinker keeps jumping up onto the bed and climbing into my lap, but falling off. Luckily, she's the one who was declawed on the front paws.

I wonder if my sister's cat is related to your cat. :hmm:

Speaking of cats...your cat stories are all amusing. Anyways, has anyone ever seen a dog that seems to think it is a cat. My dog does. She likes to sit at the top edge of the couch, swat at her bones, and there was something else that she does that is feline behavior.

Sitting here listening to the Penguin Prison version of 'Talk Talk Talk' reminds me of the video games of the 1980s with all of the beeps and boops in a really fun heel kicking kind of way.

My cat also learned an important lesson one day. He was under the table playing with balloons (we had a party) and he popped one. He jumped and smacked the underside of the table and ran off. A few minutes later he returned. Pushed a balloon out from under the table, popped it, jumped again, ran under the table to push another balloon out. This continued until all of the balloons were popped.

It was funny because I thought he would learn the lesson not to pop balloons, but no. He learned not to pop them under the table.

This same cat used to play with my hearing dog. They took turns sneaking up and pouncing on each other. Sometimes the dog would end up on top, and sometimes the cat. The dog was 5 to 8 times the size of the cat so it was really entertaining to watch. The cat had claws, but they never got hurt.

I'm bored and tired of being tired.

Me too! I am bored! It is a good thing that I had a summer job in July and I had all these home projects. I have been off for the last two weeks and still another 2 weeks of being off. Yesterday and today, I had no projects, no appts ..nothing. I am not used to it so I feel restless like I should be doing something. LOL!

I couldnt be off for a whole summer with nothing to do.
