Concussion from last night's soccer game isn't too bad TG.

Well good luck....42 days is the most I have heard a court award for summer. Usually the travel costs are split.

In general (not your specific case) I don't think it's fair for one parent to do all the work that raising a kid during the school year entails and not get to spend a large part of summer with them. That's just me though.

I really hope everything works for the better for you and your daughter. A question, doesn't your daughter have a say in this? As in who she wants to live with?

I am thinking having insomnia SUCKS ASS! I woke up @ 4:30am and haven't been able to get back to sleep. While flipping through the paid programming I hit on a Time/Life Music collection and they talking about how some of the artists that had passed. And one of the first was Dan Fogelberg, who had passed in 2007 from prostate cancer at age 56. He was one of my favorite musicians. I had no idea, and now I am sad. I would love to hear James Taylor cover Dan Fogelberg's Longer. It's simply a gorgeous ballad. IF I ever get married again I want to have my first dance to that song.
 
Thinking about the staff party and street hockey game at my work job today.. hehe should be a riot.. then go get the ticket for AHL New Year Eve hockey game and also mosey on to MJHL game later tonite.. ahh gonna be a nutty day but worth it at least...

I am thinking I am in a better mood today but still not inspired to do anything. I've been laying in bed watching Animal Cops most of the morning. I might do some light cleaning and dishes later this afternoon, then might take Maddie Christmas shopping for some gifts for her cousins.

Don't get too nutty :P I am sure you will have a good time. We had part 2 potluck leftovers from yesterday's party. It was all good!

I am thinking about zumba class tonight! I am hooked!
