"they" are the administration that fired "him". It only took one person to fire him, and we know who that person is. However didn't "they" discuss how "they" would do this?

As in "they wanted this to be a public hang em out and dry" episode?

Who was sitting next to "The One" when "he" was fired?

I'm sorry but only one person has the authority to do that and that's Commander in Chief. There is no "they". There is only "he". I think you need to take a moment to calm down and put your anti-Obama/blind patriotism aside. Your posts are getting increasingly irrational and paranoid. You tend to do that when you get agitated.

Who is they specifically? Where did you get the notion that they want to hang him dry in public? From what I see - most of "they" criticized him for making remark but "they" wanted to keep him aboard because he's the right man for Afghanistan.

What irony? It was a stupid bill and I applaud Biden and Obama for not voting.

He blantantly betrayed the American People. Over ..... and over .... again.

He has a paper shredder for the U.S. Constitution in the oval office.
 
If you griped to your superior concerning more than reasonable hazardous work environment, then you were fired for griping, OSHA would be all over your employer.

McChrystal did not get the support he needed to win the war from the President.

Maybe he felt THE PEOPLE should know what was up.

Free Speech and a Free Press still exist no matter how much Obama has tried to shut it down.

Maybe Obama should have just invited Biden and McChrystal over for a beer and peanuts?

All is forgiven when the President sticks his foot in his mouth.

1. Military and Civilian Workplace have separate laws and separate protocols. Military is exempted from handful of OSHA regulations.
2. At civilian workplace, if the employee has a serious OSHA-related concern but is afraid to get singled out at work, there is anonymous hotline service for that. There is also anonymous company & government hotline service to report illegal activity
3. In military - if the soldier has a serious concern, the proper protocol is to report it to his superior as specified in US Army FM.

Yep. Covered many times in high school and university. Not to mention most of my personal friends are also Americans.

And I understand my own Charter better than most Canadians ontop of that.
