It looks more like a "black power" salute (solid). Anyway, he's dead....

Jacko told close pal Rabbi Shmuley Boteach: "Hitler was a genius orator.

"To make that many people turn and change and hate, he had to be a showman and he was."

The rabbi put it to the singer, who died of heart failure in June aged 50: "You believe that if you had an hour with Hitler you could somehow touch something inside of him?"

Jackson declared: "Absolutely. I know I could." He insisted nobody was all evil, explaining:

"You have to help them, give them therapy, teach them that somewhere, something in their life went wrong."

Just to show how misleading the thread title is.

Nothing new.

Almost every damn historians and sociologists call Hitler a charismatic genius, crediting him for his ability to be able to orchestrate an entire nation behind him without them realizing what they were supporting.

Hitler was a genius at giving public speeches and foreign relations. i means he got Canada, the United States and even Britain supporting him before WW2 broke out. Everyone knows Hitler was good at manipulating his words. So what's newsworthy about Michael Jackson saying the same thing?

He still called him a genius.....:cool2:

Don't fret, though.

So you would criticize every single scholarly person on the planet then? And every single politicians as well, including your own?

Shhhh.....stick with the topic alrighty? This isn't about me.

Hitler was a genius orator.

Hitler was a genius orator. By dropping the word "orator," you're taking Michael Jackson's use of the word "genius" out of context. Isn't there something better to do than twist other people's words?

Even thou Hitler was insane and evil yes but the fact there was that when he used his dictating powers, he have improved the economy in Germany and given alot of jobs to many Germans out there.

So, in a way...you could say when there's evil, there's usually good along side with it.

Hitler was a genius. He was so smart in his evil plans.

Just because he is a bad guy. Doesn't mean he was a stupid one.

And when that happens, it makes it hard to have a serious discussion about it. :ugh:

no shit, you got that right, he was a genius just used his intellect for the wrong purposes....

To be able to manipulate the masses like that, one has to be very intelligent.

I can't figure if he mean he is a genius because he shook the world and helped people wake up about humanity or just plain genius because he had the right idea how things should be.

or what babyblue wrote... either way, people shouldn't be glorifying people like hitler

I see now, he is a orator. still apply though. We should shun people like hitler and not call him a genius at all.

Yep, the difference is significant when a word is omitted.
