And this proves what? I feel like I'm missing something. I keep rereading Liebling's post over and over. This letter appears to be a correction on an appropriation staffer being there when he wasn't.

It's possible that this letter is supposed to imply that Pelosi wasn't wasn't there when CIA said she was there because they made a similar mistake about a staffer.

We have CIA's word vs Pelosi's word and no evidence for either the CIA or Pelosi.

I am not going to prove you anything because I did quoted most of your posts since #180 to correct you that Nancy was not House Speaker during Bush Admin. where torture method was started in 2003 but Dem. leader. You suddenly changed and "correct" me after saw the link, I provided that Nancy was Dem. leader from 2003 to 2007. Nancy is House Speaker for one year during Bush Admin. before Obama took office over in January 2009.

1. This thread is about Pelosi and Panetta... which is 2009, not 2003.
2. If this is about 2003, then why is Pelosi being mentioned in here? It should be Hastert.
3. Pelosi was under Bush Administration for 2 years, not 1 year.
4. I changed NOTHING on my part after seeing your post and I FURTHER corrected your posts because you continue to misunderstand. Please get it right this time on your next post.

Your last few sentences - because Pelosi blocked the impeachment process. Kucinich kept bringing up about impeachment. The chief obstruction to this whole farce was Pelosi. I'm very surprised that Pelosi kept quiet about Plame Scandal and decided not to get Dick Cheney out of office.

The fact why I doubt Panetta´s rebuttal due the link of my post #27. Its about truth that there´re many missing memos, tapes, etc since 2002. I can see why Nancy felt being mislead by CIA because she didn´t know full about torture issues in 2003.

You brought Hayden´s name up, telling me that it´s Hayden who involve at that time. I suggest you that Hayden should rebut Nancy, not Panetta because it´s him who was present at that time.

Clinton did lie but since his lie concerned personal affairs rather than national security matters, Republicans were unable to impeach him. Personally, I think his affair warranted a divorce - not an impeachment.

Yes I know and agree with you that Bush Admin. did is very serious crime. I don´t agree with Obama Admin.´s decision for not prosecute Bush and his companians.

Accord military law under US Government, they are not allow to spread out the information and there´re many military under US Government are censor if they want to spread the information to the public... Example: They censor US coffins and hide from US public that Americans should not see it from newspaper or TV etc. The medias have to follow US Government´s rules for not allow to print the pictures of US coffins (they killed by any war) but they spread out to the world including Europe. We from other countries view the coffins on TV and newspapers, etc by US medias... I beleive that US medias want you all know about this but they have to follow Government to not do that. I´m glad that Obama is allow to let Americans to see the pictures or newspaper of US coffins and release some CIA´s memos because its about the truth.

At first Bush and his companians (Cleney, Romfield) denied that they authortized the torture in 2002 after learn from some muslim/arab detainees who freed from some milatary prison, spread out to the world what and how they were being mistreated by US soldiers, Agents, etc.

It´s bad for Bush Admin. that we know too much about Bush Admin.´s horrible policy.
