Obviously the ones that share national security are the ones that never get declassified, but Im sure the ones that share private family and personal information about the president are also kept confidential, especially his health records, to declassify them without written consent would be a violation of the HIPPA Act of 1996.

As the President, his health status is the matter of public record. HIPPA only applies to private citizens. That's why we know about McCain's health history and others.

they are always connected to Internet. A bit hard to explain technical stuff but suffice to say - they're within White House secured VPN and it's connected to Internet as well... chance's always there that documents can be hacked/leaked. We have heard a few times about security breach on government servers but of course... most of time - they were caught.
 
I got a feeling Obama will continue using the Blackberry. He will summon wizards to make it work. Blah blah.

damn right but I would strongly recommend him to listen to Secret Service's advice because Obama is possibly a greatest security challenge for Secret Service in a long time.

yep. medical records of the president and vice-president are public record.
 
boy that would suck if the president or vice-president came up with an STD then the reason was due to an extra-marital relationship........ that would be hellacious right there.

One of the reasons he is considered high-risk security is because of his two daughters. They have been seen trying to dodge out from the secret service agent's unaware that they could easily snatched up and used as a ransom for a terrorist or a criminal looking for fast cash.
