I'm currently working on a deaf video sharing website, and am looking for some people to upload deaf-related videos on the site and help find any bugs.

No, it'll like YouTube. You watch, upload and share videos.
 
I have sent you an PM, Alex. I have plenty of deaf -related videos in my laptop, if you want some of them to be uploaded to test and such whatnot.
