Opinion on Cloning?

That's like an low level of creating babies.

What about 2 white parents with black pride wants a black baby, can IVF do that?

Yup, they'd need a black man as their sperm donor.. or a black woman willing to donate her eggs to be combined with the husband's sperm, and implanted into the wife's womb.

there you go. problem solved even though half of baby's gene is somebody else.

Using someone's else DNA isn't what I was saying.

Cloning is using the SAME DNA of the parents.

I understand about using others' "CUM" and "EGGS" but that's not what I was trying to say.

To clone can also mean DNA can be modified. So if the baby's white and the parents wanted it to be black. They'll put that white baby up for adoption and clone a new one but black.

How bout that?
What about if the memories are the same plus the knowledges, would you want to alter your age in this cloning process? I believe it's possible for one to clone a person into a younger person.

Clone?!?............... no way!
I am opposing Clone. I am happy that in Germany are not accept for this Clone research.

German is hiding something, I'm sure.

*laugh...laugh.. hard my laugh* you are so funny. Please read on Internet.

Angela Campbell, Ethos and Economics: Examining the Rationale Underlying Stem Cell and Cloning Research Policies in the United States, Germany, and Japan | Issues in Law & Medicine | Find Articles at BNET

In Germany, the 1990 Embryo Protection Law criminalized reproductive cloning and prohibited all embryonic research not intended to benefit the embryo itself. Further, it prohibited artificial changes in the genetic traits of human cells, and bans the use of such cells for fertiliration. The 2002 Stem Cell Act establishes a presumptive prohibition against the import and use of embryonic stem cells for biomedical research in Germany. There are exceptions. The Act permits stem cells to be harvested from excess IVF embryos if they have been derived before January 1, 2002, in accordance with the laws of their country of origin.

I understand that they established the law against cloning, I mean, USA is against marijuana, but did that stop the spread?

Nope.

In Germany is illegal sell a Marijuana, too. But PPL want to have fun to smoke with Marijuana, but not selling. The Doc says, Marijuana is health, but cant selling. well!!

sorry, :topic:

Nope.

marijuana is easy and cheap to do it illegally. just do it at your backyard. but cloning facility? good luck. you can't hide.

Cloning ? :hmm: I highly don't think so, if there's a soul in clonin', if a man-made creates one. He would make an error, if he should create a clone, because of DNA is very delicate. Umm...with that clone, a man-made can not create a " breathin' " in it for a very long. It will die. He's playin' God to create that clone.

For your information, I opposed/am against clone. I don't agree with scientists/doctors if, they are makin' clones. It's against the universe.

I am reading on Internet, "where is cloning allow? it says in South Africa, US, UK and China"

Human cloning aren't allowed anywhere on the world.

I'm not being off topic. It's the concept. People say it's illegal, but really, they don't care and do it anyways. That's what I'm thinking on Cloning, I bet they're doing experiments underground like that movie Resident Evil.

Again, not off topic. Just a concept.

I am aware of that it is allowed in foreign countries including US. I am still against it. :)

I can't imagine if a wife lost her husband and goes in a depression. Later, she wants a clone of her dead husband while there is an another man is waiting for this woman (that is suppose be her another Mr.Right). If they want clones, then why do we need add more humans since we already have a plenty of humans?? To me, it's quite selffish.

Various cloned creatures are not an original one, neither. If a something or somebody is dead, YOU have to let it go. I know the death is quite sorrow and painful, but the death is also a part of natural nature. Even if a species becomes extinct, let it be.

I don't see how or why they should live with theirs if they're a clone.

It's because, doctors/scientists want people's money. It's always about the money.

I'm really not care about cloning, let them have one if they want too.

I'm believe in scientist and doctor, yup...

I found it out about Clone today. Me and Sunshinelady discussed about clone what is that mean. Her husband explained to me on VP. I never hear of Clone before. It's new to me. I am researching about Baby Test Tube. I don't support it. Because human cloned don't have an emotion like laugh, mad, crying, smile, feel and soul.

I rather be mother natural than clone.

I am curious is clone and stem cell are same or different?

I don't need get triple or sextuplet babies. I am not wish for my future baby's alike from clone. I prefer real baby natural from our alike.

I guess it would be a matter of what the cloning was used for.

If it was used to clone organs, I would be fine with it.

If it was used to clone human beings, then that would be a sticky issue because you've made a copy of a real human being and anything could happen because it's alive.

That won't work. That man will simply look exactly the same as her late husband but he won't be exactly same as him - personality-wise. He'll be a different man. What you speak of is a pure science fiction.
