I drink 2 percent milk mostly. :) I don't really like homogized milk (high fat)
 
When I am home, I drink a gallon of milk every 2 or 3 days. I've cut back, now that I have to pay for it. Grew up on whole milk from Amish farmers, now drink 2 percent. I love milk and supporting dairy farmers! :rockon:

Can you tell I grew up on a farm?
 
I drink high-protein milk of 11.5 % protein while is its low fat. It's expensive but tastes real good almost like a homogensied milk (next down from full milk).

Hmmmm, I thought all store bought milk was homogenized. If I recall correctly whole milk is, on average 3.5% milk fat. Doesn't seem like a huge, huge difference from 2%, does it? I drink/buy 2% because my taste was acquired from there.....
 
I don't drink milk at all. It makes me feel sick. I'm not allergic to it. I just don't like the taste of it. So i've been drinking water. And healthy food. I'm trying to be on a diet and excercising more because i have band camp ALL WEEK next week. But its hard...I was planning on going out for a jog with my IPod plugged in around the neighboorhood. But i changed my mind because i guess i was lazy. So i was outside with my dad playing with my soccer ball and riding my bike. My sister got a new bike for her birthday on july 15th. her birthday is actually on july 16th. She's turning 12. I'll be 15 next month.
 
im usually drink 2% but sometimes i drink skim milk at my aunt's house in Indiana
 
soymilk or almond milk .. both are work with blood type O!

all others are not good work with blood type O! so i vote soymilk or almond milk

i did drink almond milk it good! of course soymilk is good too!
i stop drink all others milk due to chemical process making! rme! they are making money!
rme at busniess greedy!

but best is go to a farm and get a real milk before they go throught chemical process! simple it good! i taste it before! yummy!
