I've went and seen Get Smart tonight with the famous comedian Steve Carrell in it and well, I wasnt impressed at all. That movie was a major disappointment and alot of those so called jokes were like so 5 years ago or whatever. Surely Steve Carrell is pretty funny actor, but he wasnt that funny in this one...perhas cause its not the right movie for him. Some scenes were funny yea but just not that funny and the rest were just pretty boring.

Sorry guys if you still wanna see the movie, be my guest but dont come whining to me saying its not as funny as you expected.

*shrugs*

That sounds disappointing, because I want to see it, too. I still plan to see it though.

it looks like a DVD rental at best.

i saw the new HULK movie today. i give it 8/10. Was a lot better than the Ang Lee version. And the end is a huge whoa.

In old day, they had TV program "Get Smart". I was young boy. Enjoy to watch "Get Smart" without CC.

I still go to see....
Maybe tonight or tomorrow night, we will see "Get Smart"
No matter how much stupid but worth to watch.

I didn't like the 60s tv show, so I doubt I'd like the movie.

What about Flying Nun (Sally Field)?
Batman?
Monkees?
I Dream Of Jeannie?
Bewitched?
Star Trek?
The Munster?
Hogan's Heroes?
The Addams Family?
Time Tunnels?
Lost in Space?
Gilligan's Island?
Twilight Zone? -
Flipper?
Lasser?

I used to watched some "I Dream of Jeannie" and "Gilligan's Island" whenever it shows up on Tvland Channel that my parents watched.

Maxwell Smart is on a mission to thwart the latest plot for world domination by the evil crime syndicate known as KAOS. When the headquarters of U.S. spy agency Control is attacked and the identities of its agents compromised, the Chief has no choice but to promote his ever-eager analyst Maxwell Smart, who has always dreamt of working in the field alongside stalwart superstar Agent 23. Smart is partnered instead with the only other agent whose identity has not been compromised: the lovely-but-lethal veteran Agent 99. As Smart and 99 get closer to unraveling KAOS' master plan--and each other--they discover that key KAOS operative Siegfried and his sidekick Shtarker are scheming to cash in with their network of terror. Given little field experience and even less time, Smart--armed with nothing but a few spy-tech gadgets and his unbridled enthusiasm--must defeat KAOS if he is to save the day.

I just found out that there's a spin-off straight-to-DVD movie involving 2 guys from the Get Smart movie.

Apparently, those 2 guys go on their own mission. One of them is the same actor from Heroes. :)

Yeah  I heard about that...they are so embrassassing and horrible.
