I remember both of these from the 80s. In fact, "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?" was quite popular back in the late 80s.

I am pretty sure she did, and I am sure she is still chunky as ever. She wasnt fat on CEIA but during her Sabrina years, she started to put on the weight.

The last time I saw her was as a random guest appearance on some show and she had put on quite a bit of meat.
