Good job! Why did they rob? Uneducated? Poor? Problem with government?

No, they were lazy to find a job. No difference from others. Do you remember infamous bank robbers such as Bonnie and Clyde, and John Dillinger? They were educated and not poor. Why did they rob the banks? They didn't like to work.
 
Be careful what you said. I have witness radical profiling from cops! If cops sees you white and you committed stupidity, they usually will give you warning and let you go, but if your black, bam! handcuffed and hauled. Its not even in statistics no one wants to admit that.

Mind you, friend of mine was drunk and drove, he was white, and the cop stopped him and he registered .12 on BAC, his friend as passenger registered at .18 BAC, and his daughter sit back sober but don't have drivers license. Guess what cop did to them? Remember, all of them are white... Cop actually escorted them to their hotel and wish them good night. BUT if they were blacks, they will be arrested, booked and got record which makes it harder for them to find job with marks on their record.

Radical profiling DOES exists, so be careful on blaming on blacks! I can give you evidence, Arizona most tough sheriff have violated Uncle sam's law on passing the profiling laws thank god supreme court strucked them down.

Of those blacks in prison, I bet you my ASS there are higher percentage of them are actually innocents, and higher than whites. What I am saying is that whites in prison are less likely to be innocent than blacks. Sad!

Oh yeah, I hate cops who are racists. I know what the hell you are talking about. That's true that it happens to many black people who do nothing wrong.

As for black prisoners, alot of them are innocent? I doubt it.
 
You would be surprised, statistic, I wish I have with me and it appears blacks gets exonerated more than whites, whats up with that?

The truth is, it is not about laziness. Its much more of other factors, too many to list. Often discrimination is one of factor for them committing crimes.

Remember the execution in South Carolina where convicts maintain innocent until he executed? Wondering why DNA test were refused, why other evidences that could shed light on his innocent was refused entered? The court down there just believes he is guilty as charged but refused to do more work... WHY? To avoid the embarrassment that he is actually innocent? Now that he has executed, gawd! I hope South Carolina isn't killing the wrong guy and let the real scumbag free on the street committing another crime!

for example -

1. many petty crimes especially in inner cities committed by black/poor people tend to be sent to jail instead of ROR or receive probations and they tend to receive a more lengthy sentence than white/rich people do in a more serious crimes such as drunk driving.

2. in most drug cases - black/poor people caught with tiny possession of crack receive a far harsher penalties than white/rich people with large possession of cocaine.

That what our professor saying about lack of education and poverty are major factor to become criminal.

I don't follow your accusation, but I only look at fact that I learned from course with rich information and more detail.

African Americans have went through with many social problem due to history of government mistreatment and institutional racism. The racial steering and predatory lending are exist in real estate to keep affluent African American families out of good neighborhood with great school. The blockbusting was classic but not practical anymore. I read many rich history about African Americans from textbook, library and online.

Knew of this deafie...and he was white...that robbed a bank and served time in prison....and he lived with his Mother and collected SSI...died of alcoholism several years back tho'....
