Pondering the Mysteries....

aw aye, I heard in million of years, califorina would be fully seperated from the west coast of US...and if that happens, would it still be part of the US or will other ppl of the pafic sea try to take it over? hmmm that would be interesting if somebody invents the time machine already...

This could lead to us having a 51st state! Or... it could become a prison part of California. This is what happened in Escape from LA.

Um, isn't Hawaii a part of the US? So if CA gets seperated, I still would think it'd still be considered part of the US.

And yeah, Vampy, I've seen Escape from LA so many times -- in fact I had to study it for one of my Anthropology classes. It is unlikely to happen, because it has already been tried in Australia -- the original penal colony.

How many cars have you owned in your life?

I personally own (maybe I should say I owe the bank for that) 1 car. But I've had 3 cars total that was in my own procession.

I've had two Fords in my procession. The new ones suck butts - they're terrible in terms of maintenance/parts. Only appreciated the classic Mustangs -- I had a 1965 which both Dad and I restored.
Now I own a Chevy. It's not bad... my car has good horsepower altho I admit I don't know how many it has.

Hondas are a bit overrated -- they're good cars, yeah but I wouldn't own one (my mom just bought a 2nd one). I won't go back to Ford (unless it's the original Mustang of course).

I think I'll stick with Chevys for now. Not saying it's the best.

Hi everyone, Happy Last Day of 2004! I'm looking forward to the new year!

How's everyone doing? I've been away for quite awhile -- new changes:

I've moved out of my parents' home and am now living on my own in my own apartment in the San Diego area. And I have been busy working two jobs -- full-time as Account Payables Specialist and ASL Instructor at a community college!

Let's hear from each other, I'm so behind in things on AllDeaf...

Hi Sweet_KJ

I've been doing good. You been missed a whole lot. I enjoyed reading your posts in the past and would love to see more too. Seems like you keeping yourself busy; Glad you have your own new place, Have you decorate your apartment? What have you done to your new place? :P

Got a new guy or is it the same guy you were seeing before?

Hi Cheri,
I've slowly decorated my apartment... it got a little bit of different themes in each area... my bedroom is mostly white and still have my old fashioned Victorian bed :)
The living area is color coordinated with green, navy blue, and maroon.
I just bought new dishes, black and red, a little Asian themed. (I'm into dark colors and whites)

I'm still dating the same guy I last spoke of... however I think the 2005 will bring me new changes in the romantic department -- in other words, I'll be single and surely dating new people.... long story short, the guy and I are just "working it out" but I'm feeling already moved on. Smile.

I'm looking forward to this evening of celebration, the end of a good year, and the beginning of yet another wonderful year...
