...They offer free voter ID for any voters, but bigger challenge is birth certificate, it is expensive and difficult to get a birth certificate, so you cannot get voter ID without birth certificate.
So how do people in the other states manage to get birth certificates for their voter ID's?

They have to contact county health department that where they were born in, also get a birth certificate isn't free. Some of them keep birth certificate in safe place. It can be challenge to some people who don't know where they were born, except for state name, but must be more specific, such as which county were they born in.

There are states, such as Texas doesn't accept college ID as photo ID that used for voting.
 
I just waited in line before I filled an application up to vote, and dropped it in the box.
