I did same thing as you did and they don't understand because they haven't understood the basic thing from the bible. Try not jump the conlcusion without your backup support like verses and peer supports. I can support you if you already knew the verses that support your agurements.

To tell you the truth. People get angry with me because I tell them truth. They are angry because they hear the truth and they do not want to know any truth from the Bible. If I told them like fake Christian and they will love me because I was easy on them and be flexible with the Bible.

You need to be very blunt and strong messages with truth. They will hate you for doing like that but they still need them anyway.

No, Crazyman, it is not the truth that makes people upset; it is your tone, your delivery, your "bedside" manner, it is HOW you deliver the message..almost every person on earth has a gift that carries them thru life, most Christians have a gift, too, and for many it is the gift of discernment, or the gift of something that makes them successful; some are great fishers of men. If you keep getting negative responses from people here and in your life, I think it is the way you use English at which you are not polished and is thru no fault of yours. However, you will continue to upset people and if God has given you the fortitude to withstand that, then more power to you. Maybe you will seek counsel and find out how best to deliver the central message of your life. It would be a whole lot easier on you and you will win many more converts or at least, provide for good, positive discussion.

The reason that I did not give them the Scripture is that I explain and ask very easily to them so they will understand what I talk about. When I gave them some passages from the Bible, they will read them. It is up to them. You are YOUNG. I am a mature man.

You are a Calvinist, right? If so, I am not a Calvinist. The calvinism is wrong because it misrepresents God's love.

I read other posts toward you. They are angry with you because of your attitude. How would you make them happy?

You did not tell us the Truth. We already know the Truth instead of you critcized us because of our different faiths. I belong to Jesus Christ no matter what u say about my faith in Him.

Calvinism is a absolute truth from the Bible compared with other religions. Did you read the T.U.L.I.P. verse supports?

Same here. I am neutral and feel everyone has their own personal belief which should not be take away from. I used to be rebel against God because of what people told me I am going to hell because of my own religion. It was when I walked away from God and turn into agnostic. Then one night He came into my life and I became a believer again. I was and still am be careful with what I say to others about their beliefs so they won't lose their faiths bec of what I told them. It is wrong and God had warned me many time before. Bible speak truth which I found so many verses that Jesus Christ our Lord showed them to me. It helps me alot and help me to understand Him more and getting know him. I refuse to accept others by telling me that is wrong. I did not accept God's gift many years ago because of afraid what others say to me. I wish I was strong enough to stand up and accept His gift.

If the bible help u to getting know Him and love Him more, I am all for it.

its alright to be an atheist, thats their belief. if they want to believe there is no God...thats fine. there are a lot of beliefs in this world and that is one of them we should be accepting of their choice to be an atheist.

I love theological discussions. Its always interesting to be presented with different arguements and views on the possibility of the existance of a higher being.

I myself do accept the possibility that there is a higher being. I have full faith that there is a God above. Here are my reasons. After all the research I've done, after all the experiences I've been through, and all the philosophies I've studied, a higher being is the only explanation for our own existance. If you do not believe in a higher being, I congratulate you for taking time to think of the question and be objective and thinking for yourself. God's existance cannot be thoroughly proven by either side. Not proven or disproven.

To understand the existance of God, you'd have to grasp the concept of infinity, and as humans, that is impossible for us. One of my favorite quotes is "it takes more faith to be an atheist."

Now another point I always present, is as Christians it is not right for us to justify our belief in God through worldy arguements. The bible asks us to have faith, and that is our key to salvation. Without faith, there is no possibility of salvation. Looking for answers in this world means we are looking for materialistic proof, and the bible tells us not to live in or for this world.
