Alex has convinced Kevbo that he can help him with his gigantic nuts problem by taking him to see a gypsy woman {Liza}

Alex: "Shut up, you don't have a better idea. Were here because of a botched surgery that left my friend with balls the size of huge pumpkins."
Liza: "I see, while I have dealt with shrinking heads in the past I don't think I've ever had someone ask me to shrink their balls."
Alex: "Can you help him?"
Liza: "I believe I can but I will need you to pick up a few things first. #1 Fresh Rocky Mountain Oysters. 2nd, I will need the belly button link from a monk. 3rd, I will need a blood sample from the Doctor that preformed the surgery."
Kevbo: "This is on big load of crap!"
Alex: "No it's not, Thanks ma'am, We'll start gathering what you need right away."
As the 2 men walk about the door Alex explains to kevbo that the only real problem will be getting item #1.
Kevbo: "What are Rocky Mountain Oysters anyway?"
Alex: "Bull Balls, which wouldn't have been a problem but she wants them fresh which means we have to find a live bull and do the cutting ourselves."
