Some groups did try to get a law passed to ban mothers breastfeeding in public. It became so controversial but it didnt pan out. Thank goodness!

whoa...
I didnt know about that...
*sigh* stupid groups of ppl who dont think straight..

But, what if he didnt do that on purpose?
:wiggle:

Yes, small children didn´t do that purposely. I can´t see the sense why small children are being suspend at school because of this...

Well Eve, usually our opinions are based from personal experiences as I remember when I was little girl, my mother and my grandmother would hug me and my face got smothered by their breasts, I didn't think of it as an inappropriate behavior when they didn't realized that they had their breasts into my face, it just happened to be there ....The boy is ONLY 4 years old, he doesn't understand or realized what he had done wrong here....All he did was hug his teacher by showing affection and maybe her breasts got slammed into his face for all I know...

If the school are trying to protect other students and staff from inappropriate behaviors, then perhaps they should ask what his intentions were but unfortunately, none of them made an effort to do so... I think the school is the ONE who jumping to conclusions here without knowing the facts of why this little boy did that instead they went ahead and suspended him without dicussing it with his parents or their 4 years old child...

And next thing you know they may start charging mothers for breastfeeding their babies in front of their children simple because they may think it's inappropriately exposed to pornography...

What a joking... :eek3:

Very common in Europe to have public breastfeeding... Everyone knows breastfeeding is nature, not Porn...

This is disgusting. You know, I have a nephew that teaches 2nd grade, and he was told by school adminstration that if a child fell on the playground, he was not allowed to pick them up and comfort them becasue he was a man! That's another ridiculas thing--if my child fell and hurt themself, I would want the teacher to try and make them feel better.

I know..it is so ridiculous!!!! Several of the male teachers at my work are so paranoid about being alone or touching any of their students for fear of getting accused for the wrong thing. It is sad...

OY that is so stupid about the adults who don;t have experience with kids and their imagation going wild OH COME ON let them have some imagations
but sexual thing that is so stupid

I think 4 years old is too young to understand sexual contact. he didnt do anything wrong. He is just little boy. there is something he has strange behavior so that he is required to see child phycologist instead of suspension.
If he does the same he will be sent home by touching teacher. This is serious case.

That's ridiculous :mad2: Young children need attention....

If they carry on like this then it will develop from small children into bitter and aggressive/volience young adult because they don't have that' kind of loving and caring feeling like that...

The point is WE DON’T KNOW, so we shouldn’t be jumping to conclusions one way or the other.

Yes, and we don’t know what this child’s experiences were. My experience tells me that without all the information, we are just jumping to conclusions. My experience tells me that there are some 4-year-old predators out there, because that is what they have been groomed to be. They weren’t born monsters, but someone has taken the time and effort to form them into monsters. And believe me, without intervention, these monsters grow up to be bigger monsters. And my experience tells me that CPS generally doesn’t intervene with these monsters until it is too late and maybe just maybe the school didn’t know what else to do to get CPS’s attention to the matter and get this child some help before it is too late and this was a last ditch effort to help the child. But, you know, my experiences could be misleading as well, which is why I would prefer to wait until all the information has been disclosed before forming an opinion on this case, which has no relevance to your experiences or mine.

That’s a bit of a stretch.

Think about it .....

A 4 years old does not know if he hits his father's balls that it really does hurts. He just thinks it is funny, much in the same way the 4 yr. old boy touches his mother's breasts in the supermarket store. There is nothing sexual about it because he does not know about it and would not know about it or really understand it until he was about 13 or 14 years old then he would really understand the concept of sex anyways, The 4 years old is working off of the reactions. The 4 years old sure understands the reactions of anothers in his simple logic and point of view from a 4 yr. old boy. That is what matters to him, Reactions.

If that 4-year-old has had his own balls hit, he does know that it hurts. And, if a 4-year-old has been sexually molested or exposed to inappropriate pornography, he does have a mindset for sexual deviance.

Yes, if he got his balls hit then he would know that hurt for sure !!!!! That is something that will happen naturally in good time, like playing baseball and some neighborhood boys are playing baseball and one of the boy goes to bat and bits the baseball and it goes straight to his balls and he falls down screaming in pain then it is right there he will never forget how much it really hurts to be hit in the balls.

I can remember the very first time I got hit in the balls very clearly like it was just yesterday.

I don't buy it about the 4 years old having a mindset for sexual deviance.

He really would not understand sex at that age being 4 years old. I could understand if he was 13 or 14 years old and he had a sexual deviance mindset towards the girls but at 4 years old, come on, I don't buy it. I can remember when I was 4 years old I did not know or understand what sex was about. I did not even know much less what the word sex meant or anything like that so I really don't buy it that a 4 years old can have a sexual deviance mindset. That is a bit far-fetched to me.

The point is Eve, we may never get the full story on this, and yet you are stopping us from speaking our opinions just cause you think we are jumping to conclusions, isn't this a forum where we can post and discuss how we feel about a topic or a story??? Whether or not we have the full details of a story, that shouldn't stop us from discussing about our own personal experiences or anything related to it which may help us understand a certain situation better...It doesn't do you any good going from one thread to another and telling us to stop jumping to conclusions no matter if the details of a story isn't fully exposed or given, we should all be able to feel confident enough to discuss and express our own opinions with any story in the best way we are able to. Anytime we have assumed something or details that may never happened, we're wrong, but that won't stop us from being able to discuss it further especially if our own experiences and other similar stories explores the possibilities out there that actually have happened and when you also have expressed your own opinions with any story, should I or anyone else tell you that you're jumping to conclusions with your own thoughts and ideas? Given the opinion you've gave earlier about the school doing all it is suppose to do to protect the child, how are we to know that, more bluntly, how do you really know that?
