    Tinnitus is starting bother me

Hahaha! If only! You would think that with all that lack of "woosh" that I'd sleep like a baby, but no. It ended up getting louder when it did come back. So instead of it sounding like the normal just "woosh woosh woosh" it sounds like there's an angry swarm of bees constantly droning behind it

    Tinnitus is starting bother me

that's true. he tested my hearing using some handheld thing, and i could hear him press the button, so it wasn't like i had to guess when the sound was starting. i recently switched jobs though, so it's going to be a while until i have health insurance again :/ unfortunately. i've been looking...

    Tinnitus is starting bother me

The pulsing has progressed in my right ear. A year ago, it was every few nights, and a few months later it was every night, and now it's all day every day. My left ear's not far behind. It's not very loud though, so the doctor I've talked to doesn't see any reason to record it as a hearing loss...

Poor Sleep Heightens 'Ringing Ear' Disease Symptoms: Study

Very true! I recently stopped working overnight and while the pulse in my ear is still there(for some reason louder in both ears at night), it's much easier to deal with. I've actually learned to fall asleep to it

What are you thinking about? Part V

I'm thinking about finishing typing up the papers for my Deaf events. The requirement was for five, and I've been to ten, but I just don't wanna!!! I would rather do stuff, than write stuff, but it's for school, so I guess I'll finish it now. I hope everyone's having an awesome day today

    Tinnitus

Just posting an update, thank you for your suggestions rockin'robin. I tried the wax removal, no change. I tried drinking more fluids and eating less salt, no change. As a matter of fact, the wooshing pulse in my right ear has gotten more annoying when it happens and the pressure hasn't changed...

    Tinnitus

that's a good idea. i haven't tried the ear wax softener, so i'll try that next. i've been using q-tips (college kid budget, y'know?), but i guess that's not very effective for my targeted result. also i may make an appointment with an ENT soon. my ear's been hurting more frequently today, so...

    Tinnitus

thank you so much for your help. i wouldn't have as many questions about it if i actually did have anything flowing from either one of my ears at all, but nothing has. along with hearing my pulse, i also have constant pressure in my ear. like when you take a flight and can't pop it afterwards...

    Tinnitus

i've been hearing my pulse in my right ear for a few months now, but i've just started experiencing really brief moments(less than 5 minutes), where it actually hurts in either one of my ears. someone told me it could be mild tinnitus because of my sinuses not draining right, but i'm not sure...
