Simple Things That Make You Go "Ugh!"

As the saying goes, it's never too late to learn new things. One thing I'd like to do is to overcome my fear of 103 stories up in the air, and visit the SkyDeck.

I agree , I was saying if only I could remember 'the new things''. Someone told me something I found to be interesting but I can't recall what the person said .

public loo that gives you ten mins then door opens....some trains have them I cross my legs for journey...or if only those are around in city I look for macdonals go loo

Banana peels in the road. Nearly hit one, but stopped just in time. No slipping on those, thanks.

I was getting out of my car in a parking lot and almost fell by stepping on a banana peel I did not see. UGH ! I am glad you were about to avoid the
banana peels . I was with my dog at park today and jut missed stepping to some dog poop b/c their owner was too lazy to pick it up. I picked it myself so someone else would not step it , ugh again.

I was on my bike when I saw it. Stopped just before I went over it.

the one thing that annoys me is when you and a person make plans and that person cancels at the VERY last minute instead of saying something ahead of time not an hour before of that day!

Here's one. When I'm showering, and someone flushes a toliet, the water becomes ice cold, and I do not like ice cold water on me, thank you.

Damn I hate that too and I tried to take shower when no one else is home in my building. People will use the washing machine and that make the water
pressure weak and water ice :cold: .

This is why I installed a pressure regulator in our shower a few years back...P.S. Or was that a temp regulator?

That's how my wife and I tell our son he has been in the shower to long and it's time to turn the water off.

Here's another one. Last night I fell asleep, intending to take a short nap, but nope. Ended up waking up at 1 AM. AGHHH!! That totally messes up my sleeping for tonight. :|

A brand new one today-- malfunctioning equipment on public transportation that makes an extremely annoying beeping noise. :|

showering away and someone turns water on downstairs and shower stops, soap in hair dripping wet then you notice no towel husband outside hosing garden no hears you shouting or lights flashing..yes that can piss you off

Spiders. After reading that story about the 5,000 spiders in that house I've had the heebie jeebies ever since. it doesn't help that our house is in a forest so we have lots of them here too. Hope that changes with the new house. ugh !!!!!

Spiders don't bother me at all. Lose DOGS do!

Everyone has their things. Loose dogs don't bother me, but one time I stayed over at a friend's house after she and I went to the casino (too long a drive home that night), I woke up at like 3 am to find her boxer dog staring me down. She was too interested in me. I could not sleep after that. I ended up driving home after all.

I just saw something on the news about using hands-free device while driving a car is no safer that is more of a risk . So it could be the same with riding a bike .

It's the conversation that is distracting, not the device one uses, either handheld or hands free.
I've known this for years .
