Zimmerman attorneys say Trayvon Martin was on drugs

Exactly same here. We do have organized neighbor here called Sebastian Park neighborhood. A small but quiet neighborhood separate from many of other neighborhoods. We do watch and communicate with neighbors. They are awesome.

Maybe I wasn't clear when I posted in a hurry.

Zimmerman didn't say that it was about Martin.

Zimmerman's messages were sent a few weeks prior to his confrontation with Martin. They were a result of recent break-ins in his neighborhood, and he was warning the other residents to be cautious about anyone fitting the description and behavior of suspected culprits.

People in our neighborhood do the same thing. It doesn't mean that they are racist or looking for a fight. Our neighborhood (subdivision) has a homeowners' Facebook account where we can keep each other informed about local stuff, good and bad. We post about lost dogs, school bus problems, vandalism, yard sales, speeders, covenant infractions, help finding repairmen, tree cutting rules, etc. One common posting is warnings about crime. We've gotten warnings about break-ins, stalkers, bikes missing from front yards, smashed mailboxes, and yes, suspicious-looking roaming teens. It's just neighbors looking out for each other.

Note the bold sentence--that is exactly what Zimmerman was doing--he wanted to see the person for himself.

In that case, you would both be making a mistake. He and you should report any suspicious person to the police and let them check it out.

Yeah , and I want to made it damn clear that you put it in bold and not me!
Are you telling me the TM was that Black person that was being seen around the neighborhood acting suspicious and Zimmerman happen to see him while out on an errant? If so there is no prove in that. Any Black man would had been suspicious to Zimmerman. He said he was sick of blank , he used a racist word to describe Black people . I never said I would do anything if I saw a suspicious person. I was outside with Finlay one night and saw a man walking out of the field behind my condo. The man was bare feet and wearing a hospital grown and it pouring out. I ran into my house and called 911 . I would never go up to a suspicious person .
Zimmerman was the worst person to have as neighborhood watchperson. He is a walking time bomb!

No problem. I bolded it so you would know to what I was referring.

NO. I said no such thing.

If Zimmerman had stayed in his car and let the police do their jobs, then no one would have been hurt.

If Trayvon kept walking home (not turning around and attacking Zimmerman), then no one would have been hurt or killed. Zimmerman had rights to suspect him but Trayvon had no rights to attack him.

Oh really? How did you know?

but what was Trayvon supposed to do if Zimmerman was chasing him and confronting him? what would you do if a crazy angry guy was yelling at you and acting all crazy?

:laugh2:...I'd run, skip and hop to the nearest corner...take a left...then a right...and hide in the bushes!

I'd run for a safe area and start screaming "fire!" I for sure wouldn't get into a confrontation with him because he's stronger than me and he might have a weapon.

right. because of that - he was within his legal rights to defend himself. the law doesn't require him to retreat.

What did Zimmerman do to him?
confronted him in a hostile manner. I fail to understand why you don't believe Trayvon was allowed to defend himself. May I remind you that Zimmerman's criminal history is much more violent than Trayvon's history? so violent that he got arrested for assaulting police officer? so violent that his boss fired him as a security guard because he was too violent? May I remind you that Zimmerman was violent enough for his ex-wife to file a restraining order against him?

Trayvon did not break any law. He was not doing anything wrong. There was absolutely no reason for Zimmerman to confront him. Zimmerman should have left him alone and let a cop deal with it.

Pointing his gun at Trayvon's head?
probably. after all.... Zimmerman had a gun.... not Trayvon.

Do you think Zimmerman would have gotten out of his car and confront him if he didn't have a gun with him? and btw - you didn't answer my question - was Trayvon committing any crime before Zimmerman confronted him?

Let's face it. Zimmerman is a violent man with a known violent history and felony arrests. Trayvon was just walking home from a local grocery with Arizona Iced Tea and Skittle. and Zimmerman was a violent predator with a gun, looking for anything to give him a reason to fight.

There are no criminal records for juveniles available to the public so you don't know, either.

As for the confrontation, you made it up since you haven't shown me a police report.
