Five-year-old Youssif is scarred for life, his once beautiful smile turned into a grotesquely disfigured face -- the face of a horrifying act by masked men. They grabbed him on a January day outside his central Baghdad home, doused him with gas and set him ablaze.

poor little boy.. he was from christian family living in fundermentalist moslem country...as they for ever saying things like this not islamic thing to do,just observation
 
It amazes me really. His father said they received so much support here in America, but in Iraq, nobody stepped forward to help.
 
old news. we've had old thread about him. good to see he's doing well here.
 
This year, I guess I am thankful for Youssif's story. It is a kind reminder of how much love can be shown after something so horrible can happen.
