You have experience seziure in history

im been seziure when i was 12 years old that not so easy for me but im using medicine to help me every morning and night called tegretol and topamax.But i went dr's office every 6 months for my check-up how im feels makes sure im okay and my dr give me more medicine till i going to appt.

you know what happened by Sen.Ted Kennedy have seziure last weekend and the doctors found out that he have brian tumor but he dont have seziure i didnt know that! and he still at hospital for test.

you have any experience of your seziure?
 
Yes, I've had seizures before. Mine was caused by infection. I don't take medication or need medication for the seizures I've had.
 
I had 2 grand mal seizures that were the result of side effects of a medication I was taking. The soloution was to stop taking that medication. My son had grand mal febrile seizures until he was 10. He eventually outgrew them.
 
I've had one when I was a kid (under age 5). Never got it again.
 
I have know someone who have seizure repeat almost daily. It wasn't funny. :(
 
Hi,

I never had seizure in my life but I heard about it from my deaf teacher, her beautiful young granddaugther who's only 19 and died of seizure in her sleep. She showed me her granddaugther's picture, she's beautiful like a model girl. That's sad.
 
I had one during P.E. in high school when a very heavy girl and I slammed into each other in the air reaching for a volleyball. The impact knocked me out cold, then the hard fall on the floor caused my seizure and a nasty concussion to my head. Very embarassing because it promptly cleared out the P. E. class and I found myself in the nurse's office about to go to the ER to be looked at by the family doctor. Someone said my head hit the floor so LOUD, that it was scary!

Stayed home for three days relaxing. Never seized again since then.
 
Never had it before. My material grandmother has had seizures several times.
 
I have never experienced seizure.
