Woman sueing dead child she killed

Tough case. I feel bad for all involved Mostly the boys families i feel worse for than the woman. Sorry but one is responsible for their car. If you cannot drive safely at the speed youre traveling, reduce speed until its safe to do so. Its a tough thing to live with to take someones life especially a kid by a single mistake. A spilt second thing.

Drivers need to realize they do not own the road. They share it.
 
I can see both sides here...very tragic for all involved...but to sue?...No way....
 
I can see how she would be traumatized but why make the family auffer more just fir money...

I was run over by a car when I was 4 yo . My family knew the woman that was driving the car. My sister ran into the woman niece years later and she told my sister her aunt never got over the accident. I am so glad that woman did not try to sue my dad who was very wealthy .
I hope to hell the woman lose the case and the family of the boy should countersue the bitch for causing them pain and stuffing .

I can totally sympathize with her claims that it was traumatizing... But sue? That is just flat out immoral. It will torture the parents, and make the women hated. Aside from the lawyer everyone else will be even worse off.
 
If this woman was in US so she will be in American prison.

Really?? I have no sympathy for anyone that trying to sue the parents of the child they killed . The woman is disgusting and I hope the judge throw her case out of court. This is so sicken.

My intended message was:
A: I understand it must be traumatic for a motorist to accidentally hit and kill someone.
B: To sue the victim is immoral.
C: This women lost all my sympathy when she sued.
 
I thought circumstance like this when victim dead then end thought that law....this woman with treatment and time her traumatic experience will get better but parents got lifetime of grief

Holy freaking crap are you serious?!? This shouldn't even be allowed to be brought into a court!!!! Are you KIDDING ME!?!? Oh HELL NO! How do you even SLEEP knowing your suing those parents after YOU hit their child and admitted to speeding too!? Oh hell no... People like this.... how do you even think to sue for this!?! I wouldn't even in my wildest DREAMS be able to think of suing for this! Apparently, I am not intelligent enough! The better question, what freaking attorney actually takes this freaking / THESE CASES!?!? :mad:
