it took judgement to make her pay back? yea... shining fiscal responsibility right there.
especially when the IRS says they made a mistake .....
But they didn't in Nancy Killefer's case ....
They overlook their own czars "mistakes" and smear their opponents "non-issues"
IRS? eh? since when IRS handles tuition?
one of the accusations against O'Donnell (one you are conveniently not mentioning) is that a lien was put on her home by the IRS.
The IRS admitted it was an error.
She paid her debts ..... she survived the housing crisis that is affecting everyone.
Still making issues out of non issues - yeah, it smells like fear.
The Republicans in Bridgeville who supported Castle mentioned O'Donnell's well-publicized financial problems: her unpaid taxes, unpaid college tuition, and unpaid house payments. "She needs to learn how to balance her own checkbook before she takes on ours," said Judi Moore, who added that O'Donnell is "just a little too far right for me."
What she doesn't have is an endorsement from her vanquished rival, longtime moderate GOP Rep. Mike Castle, nor from Delaware Republican Party Chairman Tom Ross, who said during the primary campaign that she couldn't be elected dogcatcher. Ross has since pledged the party's support for all of its candidates, but has not recommended O'Donnell to voters by name.

O'Donnell Laughs Off Witchcraft Remarks - CBS News
well, I can understand why she laughed ... it WAS funny![]()
Not quite "in two different state." The judgement was won in university in New Jersey. Then judgment was transferred to California, where O'Donnell lived at the time. It'd be erroneous of you to say it happened in two different states. It was one judgement only. California reported the debt as satisfied later on.
It's truly sad when you have to start nitpicking just to prove a point... which isn't even relevant to start with. Besides, you got it wrong. I said the legal case went on for years and in two different states. When did I say there were two judgments made? It was pretty obvious I was referring to the same judgment made in New Jersey. It was transferred from that particular state to California... therefore... two states! Nothing erroneous about it.
Still beating around the bush. Hee.
Your political agenda is like reading an open book. It's too obvious.
I don't even know this woman and I already know she's a weak candidate based on her personal background.

Rather I support what O'Donnell because of where she stands on jobs, security, debt, taxes, on life, energy, values, spending, accountability, healthcare and gun control issues. I believe people are tired of seeing career politicians in Congress and want to see fresh new faces instead.
