Hi,
Now, I am asking you about Windows 7 again. I read somewhere to say that Windows 7 doesn't need to upgrade. Is that true?

Also, I have a problem with my cable modem, which I bought from Best Buy store a few months ago. (This is my second time! Grrrr..) It went down last week and again recently. I had to reset it and it works fine. So, do you know what went wrong with it?
Thanks,
Sosie

1. about Windows 7 - I'm not sure I understand. Doesn't need to upgrade? What do you mean by that? Windows 7 is the final version?

2. about cable modem - well... just like rest of us with cable modem, it suffers a hiccup once in a while. best you can do is to reset it. Think about what would happen to your car if you drive it 24/7? It will experience some mechanical issue, right? Same thing with cable modem. It will experience some kind of programming error and it's easily fixed by a simple rebot.

Umm, I don't know... I don't know much about Windows 7. I feel that I am so stupid. (embarrassed..)

Oh, I see.. I understand now. Thanks for explaining this to me. I guess I am still learning. Thanks again.

Jake, I am right here but I really appreciate if you'd please stop asking ADers about me as if I am invisible.

No, I don't have Windows 7. :cool2:

um? Sorry? I wasn't talking about you being invisble, and I dont know if you are invisble or not. I am just reading your first thread you made about the OS, just thought the other AD'er would be confused of your first question. Not blaming anyone here.
