I would, but I can't sync the sounds to match the subtitle if I text it. Beside this is in HQ. Plus I can resize it to fit it in my avatar.

Animated GIFs don't have sounds.

You should change "Public" from Private on "My Album is" in your account of Photobucket.com

You can make convert this using VidGif ,it's tool for convert video to a gif formats.And also it's very simple programm.I use it's programm,try too.
