Yep... where would you want to live?

CORRECT: $2.2 million dollars...

Remember... there are many many NEW houses
look just like that house around here

These houses do NOT look like Beverly Hills/Hollywood types
if you know what I mean.

I'm not surprised...

There's other bigger house in more than 45 miles away from LA, it's located in Rancho Cucamonga.
$1,369,000
5 Bed, 4.5 Bath
4,752 Sq. Ft.

Volcomskatz....did you notice prices is different where you first post picture at top (1,350,000...3 beds...2.5 baths) look house is small. To compare last picture (1,369,000....5 beds...4.5 baths with 4750 SQ. Big house. prices is going nuts today.

But, I LOVE These houses in Northern Virginia
much better quality and classier than LA

IF I am a multi-millionaire, I would prefer to
buy houses in Northern Virginia area
rather than in LA

;)

TFWFalcon, Good point here. Let me ask you
for a piece of wisdom:

Suppose if you are a multi-millionaire with
enough $$$ then would you prefer to
buy houses in LA or in Northern Virginia area ?

Also, what kind of houses do you prefer to buy ?
I mean ONLY if you are a multi-millionaire...

The housing prices are slowing down now becuz people cannot afford to buy at such high prices. Yes, its nuts!!

If I were multi-millionaire, I prefer VA/east coast houses to modern houses in L.A. But in northern california, they have alot of old victorian houses and I like those type of houses too. :)

If I have $$$$$ then I would live in wyoming with nice big log cabin by mountains that place I love ride sled out there.

oh really .. did u know that there are stilll lots of
old victorian houses in Northern Virginia, too ?

Due to these civil wars, these many houses were built
over 100 years old. IF I have a "handyman" husband
sharing remodeling work, then I would want that
kind of house.

Wow thats tempting ! Can I go and join a sled ride with you ?
NO.. I actually want another sled next to you and go for a long ride !!!
;)

I agree with you, I don't see how Bush have anything to do with this. Property values have always been driven by marketing itself. The market itself always follow the golden rule for years and years, and it is called Supply and Demand! So simple put if there is greater demand there, the price always shot up!

Are you sure Bush have something to do with these
house skyrocketing prices ?

NOTE: I understand thats very frustrating.. I still
could NOT figure out how can first-time buyer
afford to buy $500,000 ? SIgh...

You know what simple thing to win to get over million dollars is LOTTERY but it's pretty hard to win.

I'm not crazy about bush, but it never ceases to amaze me that whiners and complainers blame him for EVERYTHING they don't like in society!
