What's your sleeping position?

Back
Side
Stomach

Me: either back and side but mostly side, I'm not comfortable with stomach sleeping position.

I heard stomach sleeping positon can be insecure (not always true but I dunno if that's true) and back sleeping position secure.
And side sleeping position secure.
 
Side and stomach.

I cant sleep on my back no matter how much I try. I feel like I have no control over myself..like I am falling down in my sleep. Weird.

When I was pregnant, sleeping was so difficult cuz I couldnt sleep on my stomach and side so I had to resort to sleeping on my back which was very very uncomfortable for me.
 
Modified fetal position. Arms tucked up underneath of me. Legs drawn up as far as I can get them. I can't sleep unless I am drawn up like that. It makes me feel safe.
 
For me, it's usually the side... rarely my front, but never my back. I can't sleep on my back.
 
Initially on my back to knock me out. Then eventually on side or stomach, both tugging at the pillow for head elevation. On occasion wake up twisted, probably from a dream fighting a bear over some honey! LOL

Well, I can sleep on my back... but only if my legs and/or back are not straight. For instance, I can sleep on a couch sitting upwards or a recliner. My feet is on the floor, so my body isn't fully flat. If my body was fully flat, then I can't sleep. I dunno why. :dunno:
 
Hey Ladies, how can you sleep on your tummies, aren't the "girls" in the way? I can't as it's uncomfortable. I like sleeping on my back, or either sides with legs bent. :)

I am getting kind of a strange picture of you Ozzie! I am fine on my stomach, built like a barrel!

I'm for it. In this election year, I take a firm stand on sleep.



Seriously, I sleep on my side (spooning against my wife), unless she decides to cuddle, in which case I sleep on my back and she sleeps on my chest.
 
most right side sometime left side.. i cant sleep my back cuz of will hurt my back (diease disc back)

Interesting. I sleep with my legs straight but in the morning my legs always cross. (guy's cross leg).
 
mostly sides, few times on stomach if i couldn't sleep good on sides.....

U know what? Now that I think about it...it is the same thing for me too. I just realized that I can sleep on my back if my body is not fully flat. Interesting...
