My TV is in a storage building. Hopefully within a month or so when I finally move to my new place, I can get all of my stuff from Arkansas and bring it over.

I miss my TV. And my couch. And my favorite green suade chair. I miss my bed. I miss having a dining table. It is really weird having a huge 3 bedroom (very large rooms) apartment with virtually no furniture, lol. Easy to clean and maintain, though. I love when I have visitors and I point around my empty living room, and I say, "Well, have a seat!"
 
I had some visitors come over today after lunch (just in time when I finished the housework, whew!). Did the big laundry wash, washed the bed sheets and bath towels and hung them outside in the beautiful warm/sunny weather. :)

Awww, that really sucks! :( That's no fun, then. I hope you will find something to do on Sunday like going out somewhere. :)

i really enjoyed with my best friend, her bf and my hubby at Point Mallard yesterday alll day 10am to 6pm then got home and cook out.. i got drunk lol!

Oh, yes - I have to have that - and my PC. When I moved out to where I am now, I only brought essentials with me because I moved alone with two kids...and I knew I was not going to stay here for more than a year. So it was much cheaper to leave things in a storage and sell whatever furniture, etc. I didn't need.

Now that I'm moving to a new place (and this place I hope to stay for a long time) to work for a job that I know I will enjoy - I can start thinking about getting my stuff moved. It is going to suck because I'm moving more than 1,000 miles - so moving my furniture is expensive. I would be better off selling all of it and just buying new ones...but I'm too attached to it. Like my daughter's first crib...and my favorite chair that I spent many nights nursing in, etc.

Moving is so tough...I moved practically ever year since moving to MD in 99 due to different circumstances. I wont miss it that's for sure! When are u moving?
 
Well, I hope to find a place at the first of July so I can take my time getting things set up, etc. My last day at work in (you know where) is August 1 (because of ESY, grrrr) unless I decide not to teach ESY then it would be July 18.
I'm SOOOOOOOOOO ready and excited! Honestly, I'm scared to death...I'm moving all alone with my two babies...and venturing out into a brand new territory - literally and metaphorically. I'll be glad when this is all over with. Especially because my stomach hurts from worrying and being anxious about everything all the time. :/

You and Dixie should have come and we could had hung out... pfft.. lol i cant tell if any of them were there or not?? so not sure. i saw few younger people but i cant tell if they belong to your class or not? Everyone look so DIFFERENT! :eek3:

TJ's father did came and he didn't graduated from ASD. I was thinking I should have asked Dixie to come. I wasn't sure if non-alumni can come and they said yes any one as long as want to learn sign language or is deaf, hoh, etc can come. I was like OK. Oh well too late! :(

One guy i knew as he graduated in 85... I couldnt recognized who he was till i asked him what was his name? and I was like No way??? :laugh2:

one guy i dont know who and dislike very much. he look like he is an adult but didnt hang out with people only kids? I wasnt sure thats why i kept an eye on him while he was around kids. Anyway TJ told me that the guy called Tj names? weird do. TJ is only 8 and may look big for his age but still that is not nice? sheesh. the guy is bigger ? i guess the guy is jealous of TJ or something? I dont know. :hmm:

Thanks. I checked Oreo last night and i think it is only his paw that got hurt. i dont see any open wounds or anything but swollen paw? I remember I stepped on his paw yesterday morning when he got in my way. :( anyhow I put ice on it to help the swell stay down. He didnt like it. That is too bad! LOL. I checked him again this morning and now the foot is shaking, weird. he tried to knock the ice off. haha. I think he will be ok with tlc within few days he should be able to walk on it. :)
 
I got buzzed last night...it felt great! :) I am out of my favorite drink so I will get some more later!

Speaking of National Treasure 2...I liked that movie as I saw the part 1 long time ago. :)
 
i just chilin out today, i chatted with few my friends on vp and discussed abt july 4th what to bring the foods... hehehe!! cant wait for that.. :D
