Buns with butter, jam and nutella
Also cold cuts like salami, cervelat, etc...
With Coffee or Tea
Sometimes with hard-boiled eggs or fruits

I miss the Bavarian breakfast
Pretzel with white sausage in sweet mustard sauce!

Ha, you are real Bavarian!!!! :P

Yeah, some of Germans likes to eat salami, cervelat, cheese for their breakfast but not for me. I like to eat kinds of cheese for the breakfast.

Brezel with weißwurst außer suße Senf - für Mittagessen mmmhhhh. Ich benutze Senf, nicht suße Senf.

Pretzel with white sausage except sweet mustard for lunch time mmmhhh.
I use only mustard instead of sweet mustard.

like what Bullym0m say... Ship German foods to your country is impossible :( Do they have Germans Store in your country?

P.S. Nutella :cold: :eek2: My sons are the fan of Nutella... :dizzy:

Oh yeah, they do sell German food in the US, mostly German candies.
If you go to a special international market, you can find some German things.
In Salt Lake City, there is a German Market on 100 S Main St. I love going there to buy some German food to cook at home. No Weißwürste, though! They do have Leberkäse, yum! One bad thing is that it is becoming more and more expensive to buy German food because of the Euro being better than the dollar.

What I also miss very much is "Pfeffersalami"!!! My German friend bought about 500g of Pfeffersalami when she came to America to visit me, and I was so happy to eat it again. Last time was in 1999. :( It is time for me to go to Germany again!

PS: I love Nutella! Ich liebe Nutella sehr!

I am not really enthusiastic eating breakfast. But I do make myself eat brekkie.

What I do eat: Toast with vegemite.
Fruits: Apple or Orange or Banana

I do like to eat scrambled eggs on toast.

Same here Miss D. Every morning I'd have two large cuppa coffee and a banana. On weekends I'd have a fried egg sandwich along with my favorite 100% columbian coffee. :D

As for favorites, when I do go out for breakfast which only happens few times a year I'd have a dish of pankcakes with strawberry topping and whip cream on top. Couple of sausages on the side. Oh yeah, a cup of coffee is a must. :D

Depends on my mood!
I like a little variety and if I have a lot to do on that day.

Heavy day: Veggie juice/banana/cheese/kellogg's whole bran cereal with hot mint green tea and water

Light day: Cheese/veggie juice with mint green tea and water

You both are lucky to have German stores in your country
I don´t have any American or British stores like this here in Germany but Chinese, Greece, Turkish stores in Ansbach but we also have international stores too in Nürnberg. :o

Yeah, my hubby loves Pfeffersalami & also kinds of Salami, too. Leberkäase mmmhhhh but watch out your figure. :| Leberkäse is the children´s lover.

I'm picky on breakfast. I know it's the most important meal of the day...

I rather have a buffet/brunch-style meal -- ya know fresh pickings of fruit, crissoants, perfectly browned toast, perfectly scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sliced polish sausage. *Oragsm*

Ah, that ain't gonna happen -- only once a year if I'm lucky.

I try, I try... to at least get a bowl of cereal, one of the grossy low-carb Trader Joe's cereals that mom has 8 boxes of... Puffins aren't too bad..

Or a bagel toasted...

Well, come to think of it, I didn't have breakfast today... I'm not really allowed to have cold pizza or soda. Heh.

My favorite "breakfast treat" is SomeCrust bakery pastries... it's a local bakery, a lot of locals hanging out there, reading the newspaper, having coffee...

Anyone like eat pizza for breakfast?? Hope I am not only one in AD world. Waiting for another one.
