What does "Pah! Pah!" mean?

How is the sign used? Anyone? :dunno:
 
From what I heard, it means "SUCCESS!" It also means, "FINALLY!"

It's used when someone finally accomplishes something or when something is finally done. Heh!

yea.. but TWICE?? pah pah!?? I KNOW YOU SAY PAH! only ONCE?? :confused: and can you please explain it to alex how you sign it cuz that is what he was asking....

It's the same sign as "success" and "finally"... only twice.
 
Well, just same sign as "Finally" (only ONCE, NOT Twice)
at the same time open your mouth which
looks like pah (do NOT make any voice sound at all).

(doing it "twice" is NOT quite necessary.. but
if you do it twice it might look a little bit wrong)

Hope This Makes Sense, ugh...

that is accurate!! your explain and detials are that make SENSE to me.. ;)
 
I think it might be because we think of word "made it!" and sign success at same time...so start mouth word "made it" in a summary...what do u think?
 
something when you were struggled or frustrated. You success or achieve as FINALLY go through your sever on your computer. You wait someone for arrive (impatience wait for many hours). PAH ! His flight arrived PAH ! ASL as (about time) !
 
wow , very interesting about PAH.. dang i never know what deaf person sayin to me , i dont undy what she means by PAH , i ignore her word.. soo you guys explained abt it, i was like Oh man , i feel i am so idiot! lol.. i still learning more ASL since 1998 , i grew up as HOH.. i became deaf in 2002.. thou... i used to signs as SEE all in my life .. so i tryin to avoid SEE and see if i able to signs with all of ASL but i do mix of SEE and ASL .. smile...
